somehow managed to aquire a copy of death race here in Indonesia ;) . It's the movie version of the 80s role playing came Car Wars (Steve Jackson games), and with about the same amount of plot line. Excellent for gratuitous violence and cars that would be handy driving around in indonesia Would be great on the big screen but something to see with a bunch of like minded mates rather than the missus or a new date

The director went out of his way to make sure all stunts for this movie were old school - no full CGI rubbish... how it should be!

Carrmageddon hell yeah........
Still to this day I use the phrases from that game... Wasted so many hours of my youth playing it high-res... Electro-bastard ray for getting that time-bonus up to scratch... Cunning Stunt bonuses... I think i'll have to d/load and re-hash some of the memories... From memory, the car handling and physics were quite good... as in the wheelspin at high speed = out of control.... unlike DAYTONA USA (1st gear at 300km/h no worries) and that there opens another can of worms.... maybe they'res a thread in there... BEST CAR GAMES EVER??? (OLD & NEW).... hmmm... thats an idea....
