I have not been able to find someone locally to take this on.
I am looking for a person/couple/family. I have a shop in Regional NSW. I want some one to run it. I can provide a house for $140 per week (maybe less)- (4 br renovated) I will put the first lot of stock on the shelves, the income is up to the individual, the harder you work it, the more you make. I will income share up to $200 per week each after that the profit is yours. If you make $2000 profit in a week, you get to keep $1800. My shop is on a busy intersection and whilst it is basic, is more than sufficient to do a roaring trade. The business includes video hire, servo style take away (Pies, drinks chips etc...) groceries (in a town that lacks a supermarket) , African art (cool stuff) will include cleanskin wines too when I get the license. There is also on site tourist accommodation and nearly 1 acre of land for various enterprise that I will discuss with the person who wants the challenge. ( it involves cars and equiptment) This is a NO RISK opportunity for a hardworking person to be a partner in a business. Does this sound too good to be true? is that whay people are not flocking? |

Duffman:
I have no qualifications of managing a business..however my father owns it and said he would not let anyone else manage it than a family member (family trust type thing). I told him that I have no idea on what to do and have never done it before...be he promises me he will teach me the basics of it, get an average pay of around 18k+ USD a week and a Mercedes Benz Company car...By the sounds of that I am whilling to do it. Only problem being is...its in RUSSIA!... Im russian and my dad lives there and owns/runs the business...Its one of the biggest Fasion magazines in russia and I THINK europe in general. The busines also deals in other magazines such as porn, etc. I dont know everything about it...Must call him up and talk it all over with him...will only be happening next year anyway.

I'm still in my first job and I would have been there for 4 years in March. I work at a drycleaners/photo store. I started out earning $20pw and of late have been earning $600-700pw. But it is damn hard work. I've been averaging between 50-60hrs/pw lately.
My mates have gone through numerous jobs and I've stayed with the same job. I rarely get any time off and it ИИИИes my mates off sometimes but I've also got more things than what they have, plus I would just sit at home otherwise so I'd rather top up my bank account. I have a Statement of Attainment, Cert I and Cert II in IT all which have been done through college and currently studying a Diploma of IT (Soft Dev). I have had one interview for a IT job which was a junior Web Developer. The only reason why I don't have it was because they didn't want to give me time off for school (WTF they would save money with me getting trained somewhere else). I'm really keen to get a job in IT, I don't really care what type, I just want some industry experience but it is hard to find one which will facilitate my education at the same time. I live in the ACT, so if anyone knows of anything please PM or post here. |

Lets just say hed be earning more per week then the major presidents of the world combined. He would be earning $936k USD (1.25 million AU) a year so nearly 1 million US per year and thats based on just 18k there is also a + on the end of that. President bush earns only 400k a year USD so thats 7.7k a week. Youd be earning more then president bush, john howard and tony blairs salary in one year! What magazine company does he own?

No offence, but this sounds a little bit too much like a Russian Fairytale. However it may be true, but if I had a millionare father I sure as hell wouldn't be looking to buy an EA Falcon. Espicially if said father was offering me a $936,000 p.a. job. Sorry I just find it incredibally hard to believe. |

I am currently looking for part time or casual work in the Central Coast area NSW.
I finished my HSC in 2004 and i'm currently 9 months through a motor mechanic apprenticeship. I have also previously worked as a trainee finance broker. I have experience in customer service, money handling, data entry, cleaning, deliveries, general mechanichal knowlege and skills. Available hours are after 6:00pm through to 7:00am weekdays and all days Saturday and Sunday. Would love factory work, or service station attendent or anything night fill in supermarkets etc. Being a 1st year apprentice I'm a gun with a broom and can clean like nothing else. Can get along with anyone and I am a fast learner. Cheers Scott |

Guys, I notice most of you are in your early 20's and looking for any job that pays well....
I am in mid 30's and this is my 3rd major job, ( about 3 others.. )... I am lucky enough to finally manage a business that employs 43 people and turn over $25 million dollars a year... ( yep, I have to pinch myself sometimes, but I must be doing something right ) I sometimes wish that the business was mine, and other times I wouldnt want it, but it is a successfull venture. From the people I have employed and gotten rid of in the last 3 years, this is the secret. ( dont forget, 10 years ago , I didnt do any of this right ! ) 1. Never be late. 2. Never roll up with a hangover. 3. Dont smoke at work. 4. Never bullИИИИ or try to hide a mistake. 5. Become a "proactive" person. ( look for things to do ) 6. Always say hello and goodbye to the boss when arriving and leaving. 7. Never lie or bullИИИИ about opposition businesses. 8. Groom yourself correctly. 9. Use anti-persperant and brush your teeth ! ( yep, for real !!!!!!!! ) 10. DONT TOUCH ANY WOMEN AT YOUR WORK... It might take 10 years, but you will end up on the "big bucks" if you work hard and dont act the fool ! ! AC/DC ( it wont happen overnight, but it will happen ) ( I was a 1st year apprentice, and finished as an electrician ) |

I admit I've done this a few times. But I've been good lately. I just try to shrug it off more than anything due to the realisation that you're never gonna get everyone to believe you. Quote:

nah...just messing... With WOZ on the old turining up early thing.....You get paid to start at a time, not to turn up at that time. And i always pack tools away at the proper finishing time as well.....the day you finish early is the day the ИИИИ hits the fan..
