Perhaps an optional incentive to sign up ?

ie. become a member and save 33% on all purchases plus recieve member only promotions from time to time etc etc.

that way people can pay $14.95 non member or
$9.95 member prices ( examples only )

add a unsubscribe option and you should have it covered
