so she knows the guy . all she needs is a drug test and some witnesses . done . i think she is telling the truth , or you wouldn't know about it mate . get some stories from witnesses , get the males side of the story. and remember it's not a black and white case . she may be guilty, and trying to cover up. ssome people cant accept responsibility for thier mistakes . hope you get the truth as it is a very serious situation . but to me sounds like she's being truthfull with you.

sorry after reading post 29 i now beg to differ my origional train of thought . the longer it takes for these things to surface the more time someone has to fabricate a story . i say she took some part in this . sorry but it's what i think.

Although i feel for you buddy, if i went out with a few of my gfs, had a drink or two, then woke up naked next to some fella, it wouldnt take me more than 10 seconds to ring my fiancee, although i would probably already have 20 missed calls and his family, mine and his mates out looking for me!

However, your lack of detail in that department (why she took so long to tell you) means i wont start jumping to conclusions about your fiancee, but i wont jump to conclusions about the guy either. Her friends, well i doubt you would ever trust her with them again, but incase you were intending to, DONT!

If it was alcohol she was 'drugged' with, no chance that you will find anything out from bloodwork. Extraordinarily slim chance they will find evidence of intercourse, and then, trying to prove someone raped her will be a big call...

Good luck with everything, dont hesitate to seek professional help and advice, there are rape hotlines and womens health clinics that can point you and your fiancee in the right direction.

Mate great idea on calling the pub - they are usually (if they are a half decent establishment) pretty helpful about these sorts of scenarios - especially if it happened there and it could involve them in bad publicity. Let them know you have filed it with the police and have let them know that she was there at the time of the incident. I worked as a bouncer at a few clubs in brisbane and I was involved in this sort of thing on numerous occassions - drug and violence related. Obviously they can't let you view the tapes on your own, but if the police are serious with the investigation they will get onto them really quick for copies of the tapes. If the club values their reputation at all, they are very eager to help with any investigation...

I don't know personally what went on but going by what I have read, I find it a little suspicious about what happened. I don't understand why she would go out with a guy friend, without yourself accompanying them. I personally would have my partner out with us, why is there a need to be going out with a guy friend if you both are in a serious relationship / about to be married?

If you're going to find yourself waking up naked next to a guy with no knowledge of how you got there and no intention of sleeping around, you would ring your partner or the police for help, then get tested to make sure she was drugged for the police to have it on record when you file a report.

Get the drug test for her and take it from there.

I also would have gone straight to the police instead of asking a forum for help.
