He has a think southern accent, and it sounds like he's saing Felatio... LOL... some good laughs in that video! "Felatio can be verre hot" "Felatio can be dangerous, so make sure you get in and out quickly" hehehe... you have to watch it.

I have seen the raw CFA video footage of the Cootes tanker BLEVE on the Hume Hwy from a few years back and it was really interesting, the only road BLEVE in Australia, I think there has only been 3 full stop, one road and one in a facility in Sydney, and one in a Cairns depot. (And the answer is neither (CFA/MFB))
