mine sure did seemed planned, no doubt juicy's was also. you can't trust anybody, particularly on the central coast there's so many friggin weirdo's. I've only just moved there from newcastle, this sort of s**t would never have happened to me at my oldies house in newcastle, i should've just left the car there... man... i hate when you look back and realise that you had the right idea but didn't run with it :(

by the way with mine, if anyone sees someone advertising an L28 "stroker setup" or "3.1L"/"3.06L" or anything similar, alert me straight away as not many people in australia have stroker L28e's (mine's also bored out) as you need a part from the LD28 (the crank from the diesel version of the engine) which wasn't available here. also the engine has a chrome rocker cover, and the car is a jap import (so jap stickers everywhere under the hood)
thanks

After checking out your site and seeing all the mods I dont like your chances of it still being in one piece. I'd say these @$#&^% just wanted the running gear, the car would attract too much of the wrong attention.
What did the Police say and was it insured?

Holy crap, my favourite XD on the forums..... Life's not fair, and these bastards that stole it won't get half of the punishment that they deserve.

By the way, it might be an idea to update your web site about this news.

Good luck mate.

I know what it's like to have a car stolen, maybe not of that quality, but nothing I say will make you feel better - none the less I'm shattered for you dude. I can only wish that the low life who stole it is caught and your pride, joy and life returned.

If not , I hope the bastards gets their just deserve by killing themselves after using parts/proceeds off the car. Again I'm sorry mate, and for the little it's worth, keep my ears open and right hand ed.

Sorry to hear about this. Sounds like a well planned job though, and in that case, I don't think they would be dumb enough to drive it around, especially when it's so distinctive.

Hope it gets found safe and in one piece.

Not wishing to upset anyone but there is a roaring trade in Sydney of cars being stolen, especially unique cars, put into a container and sent to the middle east. There have been already several wreckers and panel beaters charged with this same offence around Bankstown and Condell Park. I'll ask a copper mate if he can check the usual suspects in that area, and see if he can see it.
