Just louder. Make sure all your speaker wires are insulated. Set the channels for the speakers to sraight thru. disconect the rca leads running the sub, and the front speakers, crank up the head unit and the amp, adjust the frequancy to the highest level, then slowly take it down until it is slightly disorted, then turn it back up a fraction of a turn. When tunning your sub it is the reverse, diconrct all other speakers and turn the frquancy to the lowest point, then increase it to the point you can hear voice in the tune playing, then turn it back down a notch.
