As already mentioned, that happens in almost every episode of the original Dukes of Hazzard series. When the General Lee hits the ground after jumping, you see the mudguards bend. The next camera angle, it's magically fixed itself.

Not to mention the car that explodes would appear to be just a VJ/VH Valiant coupe, not the Charger like Fox drove in the movie.

Bullit in the explosion scene, look closely at the front RHS of the Mustang just before the Charger heads off into the garage and you will see something swing forwards, this is a tow bar that was used to tow the Charger. Iirc the Charger actually blows up before it hits the garage too.

I love it when you watch a TV series and the main character always drives a particular car and then suddenly in a new scene they are driving a different car and you instantly know their is either going to be gun play or a crash or an explosion as they don't want to wreck the shiny new cars their sponsor brand has given them

Bad boys 2 - when they are driving the yellow hummer (end of film), trying to get to the American Cuba base. Hummer side mirrors brake off several times, but when they stop, the mirrors are a good as new!

I remember another moment from The Rockford Files.

In one episode, Jim Rockford's Pontiac Firebird gets blown up, but you'll notice the tail lights of the blown up car are different to the lights it had before the bomb went off.

There is one early episode where two different model Firebirds appear. Great 70's show BTW.

Yes, in one of the episodes he is driving a later model firebird with the bandit nose.
Also there is a silver Chevrolet Nova in almost every scene.

The Italian Job (2003 remake, which had very little to do with Italy mind you)

In the final dash through the city stormwater drain, Jason Stathams white mini loses a passenger side door to take out the motorcyclist chasing them. In the next few scenes the door varies from being missing to being there! And the in car scenes clearly shows a window on the passenger side!

You guys are going to hate me but I have a missus so forgive me bringing this one up.

Twilight (2008)

When Bella receives the pickup (no idea of make), Jacob talks about double de-clutching on the downshift, it can be clearly seen that its a column shift auto!

Not to mention clearly the cars they let off the semi are not the actual cars that are crashed into seconds later....

Also there are clearly two different hummers used. One has a sunroof, the other doesn't. Can't remember which is used when, but interior & exterior shots of both are used seconds apart.

The First F&F movie.... Opening scene. Where the integra dives under the truck. The trailer clearly has 2 wheels before the under move. But while driving underneath it, the trailer only has one axle, then two again seconds later.

Matrix reloaded. The chase where the agent jumps from bonnet to bonnet, the close up of the car that flips over- the close up clearly shows the roll cage inside the totally vanilla American sedan. Must have been a sleeper.....

James Bond "Die Another Day"
This is a real anorak one but I'll point it out anyway.

Quite apart from the fact that the RWD Jag and Aston manage to gain enough traction to attain race speeds while skillfully avoiding spinning out and crashing across the slippery ice covered ocean, during a few of the handbrake turns in the ice palace scenes you can see the front wheels start to spin before the car actually moves, revealing that the movie cars where actually converted to AWD.

Gone In 60 Seconds, when nick cage uses "nos" in the floodway, you see him speed up, but the shot was ruined when a car also in the shot on a bridge up ahead also seems to have "nos" as it shoots across the screen.

Fast forwarded footage... making car chase scenes good since the 50's.

Mrs favourite show has a good one. Packed to the rafters, a main character drives a Nissan navara Ute which has a V8 sound dubbed over the 4 cylinder diesel!

That whole crash was real, the only extra addition was a pneumatic arm under the car to help flip get it on two wheels.

Transporter 2 the scene with the bomb under the car, not really a mistake but hardly believable.

The original (and the best IMO) Mad Max has many. My fave is the black Interceptor parked in the driveway of one of the shacks in the scene where Max's Mrs is driving the Sandman to get an icecream for the kid.

Paul Walker drives the Mitsubishi Evo through the gate , clearly breaking the front bar ! Nek Minnit , brand new undated front bar .

MM1 in the opening chase scene when the nightrider is in the stolen pursuit Monaro. Just as he is spinning out of control with flames shooting out of the exhaust from NOS??? you can see a steel cable to assist with the wipe out.

That was a rocket motor attached to the rear. If you look closely, the driver's seat is empty too.
