What made me feel good recently? Smashed my phone by accident, been without one for a week now, thinking about not even replacing it, been good not being contactable 24/7 and not looking at it every 2 seconds while I'm out and about. If someone has to contact me, Facebook, Email or AFF |

I've never worked on carbies before so been researching as much as I can about how CV carbs work so I can sort out the jetting on my VTR1000.
Got it all back together yesterday with new 180 mains and 48 pilot jets installed and she fired up and idled perfectly. Took her for a run and it goes so much better now Have a big grin on my face while I'm typing this. I love my Firestorm!

Riding to work this morning (hadn't ridden the bike since I got home Monday night). It was perfect weather, nice and cool and no wind.
Mind you, I did pick up a Suzuki Grand Vitara on my days off.:-)

Got the car park dent fixed in my missus KIA ...
Have been quite upset about this as she never parks near other cars and i thought the airbrushing would need to be redone and the original artist has gone AWOL But the ding came out on the crease and there was enough clearcoat to buff the white paint off like new... I also got in contact with the only witness and got the rego No from said White Hilux.. let the fun and games begin Car looks good as new this made me feel good today... |

from archery australias site - Clout Archery is a traditional archery event, having its roots back to medieval times when archers would lob their arrows onto advancing armies. Clout archery is shot over long ranges with distances up to 180 metres, depending upon the equipment used. The target is laid flat on the ground and archers shoot their arrows into the air attempting to land the arrows in the target. Aiming is achieved by using a bow sight or, for Barebow divisions, without a sight. The 'Clout' is a triangular shaped object placed in the centre of the target circle. The various scoring areas are identified with coloured flags. i love clout, i find it strangely relaxing watching the arrow go up & come down 125 m away, and I even managed to hit the clout itself. Without a sight too. Happy day

Helped a guy trying to carry about six plastic bags of groceries on his bicycle. All the hanging weight from the handlebars was making it really difficult to pickup the last two from the ground.
