Some times things happen for a reason We had two wornderfull dogs jess and Deefa any way deefa was put down his kidney s shut down it was over in days Any way walking out the RSPCA was this tiny little girl was in the sun recovering from surgery her previous owner broke her back leg and just put her in the back yard to die she was not very old Any way some found her and RSPCA took her in but she lost her leg but she was so badly treated that the vet needed some she knows and is special to look after her so if we had not lost deefa we would not have got bonny and she is a fantastic loving pet I am not sure if there is a god but there is some one out there looking after us

bonny is on a special diet for her life she has got to heavy and here other back leg is damaged
It took us just over six months to get her trust and it was a very slow progress we realized from day one she had lost the trust of humans and even now she is slow to accept strangers But once you get her trust she gives unconditional trust There is a list of people who would love to spend ten minutes with her owner in a back alley and a few are police officers our dogs come first and we come 2nd I wish we could save more but we cannot sadly so many will end up dumped after being given as Christmas presents

Got to have 101 people over for Christmas (3 sittings) but most importantly I had all my mums side over on Christmas Eve with the exception of 1 cousin. But the piece de resistance was my youngest sister came home after not being home for the previous 4 Christmas's as my mums pretty sick this could be her last it meant a lot for me to have everyone over

I got a wet/dry electric shaver from the kids, a new workman's watch from the missus and an old school survivor late 80s' Yamaha TT600 from me. I needed it to chase my kids around cos they got, after a few false starts, a KX65 for him and a KX85 for her.
And people say they're too much bike to learn to ride on, HA!!, I say chuck 'em in the deep end and let them work it out, lol. If anyone in SA is interested in a fully rebuild, (chassis, engine and suspension), 04 CR85R let me know. It was too much for my daughter... and everyone else that has tried to ride it. 5 different young'uns have tried to ride it and they've all been scared by it. One of them got off of a KTM 85 big wheel, got it on the pipe once then short shifted it the rest of the time even after I told him to ride it like he stole it.

A crap load of chocolates, sure it isn't easter? I think I counted 9 boxes of chocs. Then a nice new office chair, some quality gardening tools, lots of nandos hot sauce, some bbq tools, a few stubbie holders, and some car wash. I scored pretty well I think. I get more out of giving at Christmas. Bought my parents iPads and had a solar panel setup installed on their caravan, then threw a few hundred of more personal presents under the tree.
We did Christmas late on the 27th this year and I go back to back with my birthday on the 28th. Tempted to gift myself a new ute for my birthday. FPV GS would be the dream ute. |

I replaced my car a few nonths ago, so i knew i wasnt getting too mch this year, The wife replaced hers last year and the deal was the same.
She did, however, get me dark tint and a dash mat to combat the heat a silouette wagon generates inside. I got a DVD from the eldest boy, a walk amongst the tombstones' which i missed at the flicks. Got some nice aftershave from the eldest girl and another from my younger two. Got some cash from the inlaws, not sure what i'll spend that on, something for the wagon no doubt, fitted floor mats maybe. Thats more than enough, its all about the kids in my mind. The kids did alright as usual though, no complaints. Then we jumped in the Wagon, hitched up the camper trailer and headed off for 3 nights by the beach with the inlaws and my nephew and his family. |

I bought my own xmas present, a 2016 Trek Remedy 8. My wife can't be trusted to buy my presents or I would've ended up with an MTB from Kmart.

Couple gift cards from extended family, some socks from the parents, and jack **** from my ungrateful brothers. I always tell people not to get me anything, so I didn't blame my parents or the extended family for the minor gifts, but I bought my brothers whatever they wanted for Christmas (a few games and movies) yet they didn't bother even asking me if I wanted anything, or acknowledging they didn't get me anything (or for my b'day a few weeks ago too). Gets my goat just a bit, considering the money I spend on both of them.
