The video downloaded shows a fully naked woman and a fully clothed CJ, she performas numerous different positions and you see her nipples (which is a big thing for slassifiers) plus fairly "graphic" sex scenes. It's of a level you wouldn't see in an MA movie so I guess it is being fair to ban it GIVEN THAT THERE IS NO R RATING FOR COMPUTER GAMES. Were there "R" ratings for games, a simple R would suffice to be able to sell this one. Whilst I am no prude, I support Rockstar for removing it from their games (they should stop crapping about how it's "added in") so that the patch cannot unlock it. In playing it and having now finished it, I am not surprised that they did almost include it, it's about the only thing the game's missing.

It's just a shame that not only did Rockstar do the rather irresponsible thing in leaving it in there but that it's the biggest crime to humanity now aparrently in the USA. I understand the uproar, but surely the USA can just quickly and effortlessly fix it. Furthermore, if the adult market is far far more massive than the children's market in Gaming (hence why Nintendo is almost broke because they insist on spitting out Japanses la-di-da crap for children and ignoring the richers teens and adults. They never grew up but their owners did and all bought a PS2.) then why is it beyond possible to have an R rating for games?

The other stupid thing is now that they've publicised it, EVERY kid will try to download the patch for those who currently have the game, so Hillary Clinton has just given a free sex-ed class to all the kiddies of the world that are now aware of this and boast about having the game. Well done Hills.

I believe with a little work the PS2 can also be made to do this using a memory stick and editing some files somehow.

I remember a while ago some researchers said that computer games can be good for kids and they even mentioned GTA because it required mulitple tasks to be done and enhanced hand eye coordination. Hell who cares anyway its just a game. Nothing these days really suprises me. I bet more people download it than buy it anyways so wont do much.

The mod is available easily in PC and Xbox, it is available on PS2 but it is very difficult I understand, this paragraph from gtasanandreas.net explains it.

Anyone care to guess how many copies were sold here before they banned it? Considering it was one of the hottest games for quite some time, and it was available for quite a while, I think that most people who wanted it would already have it, including kids whos parents got it for them without realising what content it had in it.

Yeap GTA4 is easily one of the best games I think ive ever played. Ive got it on PS2 and the only sexual thing I can do is pull up to a hooker, toot my horn a couple of times and if she wants to she gets in and then the car rocks about a bit.

I haven't seen the patch but its a bit late to be worring about it. People are forever modding games on their own; there is nothing rockstar can do about it.

Same goes for hippy lady.

Postal is pretty brutal. You basically goin around killing people. You can use petrol and a match, shovel, guns, sword (i think) etc. You can even **** everywhere (lol comes in handy if you accidentally light yourself on fire hehe)

Well, if GTA SA is banned, then the only way to get it is to download it. I also got the hot coffee mod, but haven't tested it as it apparently unlocks the game, and I'm in the early stages of playing it for the first time and don't want to ruin it. The hot coffee mod is only 1.2MB

I haven't got the game but as soon as I heard about it, I wanted it (too late now lol). But the whole thing of violence is good, sex is bad is just ridiculous.

No wonder our world is so ed up. We teach sex education in schools but we don't talk about the emotions involved, just the mechanics. I'd rather my kids saw sex between consenting adults rather than ott blood and gore.

I don't believe in censorship, especially like this particular example. Just imho.

There's 2 patches you need to download if you want the chick naked. Otherwise you get the scene but she's clothed.

I reckon its an absoloute load of rubbish that a game be banned for this. I'm sure it will be back with that cut out of it though.

I have the patch, haven't installed it yet though because you have to start a new game for it to work, and I cbf right now. Have seen plenty of clips of it though. It's funny, and the fact you can control what happens is even funnier!

The v1.01 patch has been out for a view days now that removes the hot coffee mod and fixes a few things as well. I got it, and I have to say its good but it resets you .set file so you have to redo your control settings and any trainer or application that works into gta_sa.exe don't work anymore, but those can be easily fixed.

Wow. I have a copy of it at home. Don't agree with it being accessible to the kiddies, but it's a damn good game. Lucky I already have it, but something's wrong the ps2 now and it chucks a dummy spit half way through the game.

i have the R18+ uncut version
and would have to say its not even a good game to let your kids see or hear
alot of abusive words alot of violence and alot of words you wouldnt want your kids saying but with all that in mind,its still a good game
im still playing it,my favourite game thus far.
