lol about them smart cars

i had one

1L turbo with mild remap, 65rwkw vs 62kw at the engine

raised speed limit to 180km/h up from 145km/h (180 as thats the tyres speed rating) would easily do 200km/h no bull ********!

powder coated rims lowered then slammed it, and some other stuff

really miss it it was a awesome car to thrash about in

as quick as my V8 soarer (not **************** i have acceleration graphs to prove it) really speedy little thing...

that said i rented a mhd (non turbo) last month in spain and feared for my life in the slow poor handling POS!!

Looks like it, though, given that I've watched it I wish they never made it. Was a stinker of a series.

There's a whole Japanese modding subculture called "Bōsōzoku" which translates roughly into "violent running gang". Originally used to describe bike gangs, it has more recently been used to describe wildly modified vehicles such as the one above. More info here: http://www.bosozokustyle.com/content/what-bosozoku

Here's a few more examples:

While not to everyone's taste, the bosozoku car subculture is gaining popularity in Japan, even featuring in TV and anime shows over there.

I think it's there to replace the missing disk rotor to keep the caliper pistons popping out, and to keep the brake pedal going to the floor

He could at least have used a black one.

Seriously, WTF?

Anyone else see the irony in a pink Barbie Hummer?

MacGyver he ain't.

No idea what he's trying to accomplish.

More of a Win.

Seen an Sri Lankan / Indian guy driving a camry yesterday near home.

He had been to bunnings, ya know, that great Aussie trip to the hardware store.
He forgot to get one thing whilst on his adventures. A trailer.

As a trusty handyman he was, he decided to buy a few tubes of 100mm White PVC water pipes, 3 metres long.
He had the infinite wisdom of realising it wouldn't fit in the car, so he had the great idea of opening both the rear windows, the stuck the tubes in the back seat area and the rest was hanging out the windows about a metre each side. No flags or anything.

Then decided to drive very slowly down the road.... Such a laugh and a WTF from the Mrs.
Wish a wide load Semi was coming the other way, no more tubes!.
Idjit!
