I like his picks so far (but I'm on the Trump Train so..) You want people around you that get things done!..... and won't just keep saying 'yes'. They're admired and known by plenty, loaded, and there seems to be little rivalry amongst them - I'm just talking about the main cabinet members etc who make up about 4,000 he has to pick.

Apparently Trump has made a deal with IBM, another 25,000 jobs over 4 years, and is meeting with ceos from another 11 different communication/tech companies.

I honestly think Trump will do great things for the USA, i'm sure many other countries will suffer from his decisions but if i was an American I would be very happy, i believe he will make America great again, lets see if i eat my words over the next few years.

Having the worst possible option is no consolation over not having a terrible option.

Saturday Night Live - Obama and his phone.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=50Jql7aGuLE He's on Twitter so he can by-pass the main stream media that did everything in their power to lie, bull&^%%, collude, suppress, block and stop him from winning. He's too busy on the phone to ceos making deals to bother about the intelligent reports, that's what Pence is for. |

Y'know, there's a pretty good chance that Moby Vic is in a better position than you to see what 'progress' he's made.

Pretty interesting show to watch. Bernie sanders in a town hall discussing the election result.

I'm all for affording him the opportunity to lead but it seems for me that some of the appointments he has made are far from draining the swamp as he said he would do. We will see how it goes.

He can't drain the swamp yet, he has to wait until Jan 20th to start that. Even then it will take yonks because they're so far entrenched in Washington.

I was kind of hoping he would turn out to be a decent president. That is until he invited kayne west for a chat. I am starting to think it might be a new 4yr reality show called celebrity president. Each month a new celebrity vies for the opportunity to run america for a month.

G'day...My great friend in Baltimore told me this last Saturday.
" We're making the most of Christmas because after January 20 , the ****'s about to hit the fan "... For the first time in my life I hope he's wrong and i hope the traditionally painfully slow rate of change in the US Government really holds true.. Cheers Rod |

The joker declared 'this town needs an enema' but when he took charge he filled it with sickly rich fat further gumming up the system.

The official unemployment rate, here or in the US, isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Someone working an hour a week is considered employed for the purposes of their statistics...

Any worker who earns less than the poverty line should NOT be counted as employed.

What should and shouldn't happen are 2 very different things.

I actually didn't expect a debate about statistics. I simply asked, "Please define exactly what 'great again' actually means? I am none the wiser.

The saddest aspect of life right now is that science gathers knowledge faster than society gathers wisdom.

If the method and process for gathering statistics was consistent throughout the years, your idea then has merit. However, the statistics mobs change the goalposts to suit the prevailing propaganda of the day on a regular basis. In an environment like this, the statistics they spout lose any and all meaning decade to decade, let alone any period beyond that.
