It doesn't have mismatched hubcaps lol - its just missing one on the rear drivers side :P Pretty cool art for that Skull though, the big ***** though tops it off haha
Either that or its just instructions on how to fill it up

The badges were glued on with silicone, there was silicone trails poking out from underneath them.  Can't begin to describe how bad the paint job was on the car. The crappy phone camera didn't pick it up but it was clearly done with about a dozen cans of touch up paint, there were big sections along the drivers side that had brush strokes.  The most ironic thing I found with the car was the tiny, ineffective mudflaps amongst all the other country bumpkin mods.
