Trying to figure out how its "FPV enhanced".

Just sticking a crappy looking FPV ripoff badge on it does not make it FPV enhanced.

And its an NA 6 XT by the looks of it, not even an XR6. Hot air intake is a huge fail.

I'd prefer it un FPV enhanced if they are going to stick the pod filter next to the exhaust manifold.

lol at a neetly presented/painted car being a fail...no wonder people were annoyed at seeing a particular car in the POTY...

The only thing i'd ditch is the ride height...

...but i'd never own a commo so thats redundant :-)

There are many more cars on the road which are far uglier, have less tasteful mods, questionably safe mods etc etc. See below for an idea.

I love the "watermelon" car! Looks like it has a reddish-pink interior...just needs a watermelon seed print on the interior and you'd have something worth a giggle at shows!

Commodores with nice paint and a HSV kit are not epic fails (might be dis-tastefull)...

Epic fails are these...

I don't mind that VY.
If it had a V8 and removed the rear sticker it would be nice.

The red single spinner ford front and rear on the thunderbird (?) is from many years back, if not the same car then one done the same, as one that got a fair bit of magazine coverage back in the late eighties I believe.
The original guy who came up with it had a Thunderbird that had been front ended, and he also had an old single spinner Ford in the yard, and thought "Hmmm...". He said, amazingly, that the bonnet hinges lined right up and that gave him the inspiration to go ahead and do it. It only required a bit of metalwork to get the rest of the panels on there as the widths of the two cars were practically the same. i remember him saying it was freaky how many of the panels lined up with the same heights and widths, as well as wheel wells lining up at the front.

I need to get a photo of all the super-Christmased busses in Sydney = this one that just went past had 8 Santas on the back of it!

Also:

One way to land an STI - through the roof!

Quote:
A 20-year-old driver in Santa Fe, Texas had a yeeee-ha moment in a Subaru Impreza STI this past weekend. He missed a turn at 90 mph, ran up a railroad embankment (aka, "ramp"), flew 100 feet through the air, and slammed through the roof of a building.
