I think members that work at ford have suggested the paddle shift rumour is bs....

Looking at the 3/4 view of the black XR8, I wonder how it would have looked at the rear without the boot lid lights. Someone whip something up

Huh? What upper tail lights do you speak of?

G6E and XR8 seen here shows identical tail lights apart from what could be a tinter on the G6E ones.

Hope the base ute gets colour coded side skirts and rear bumper. May be my next company car and I can't stand the current one. Anyone know?

The base ute a few pages back has steel wheels and un-painted mirror caps, so id guess the rest of the base FG spec would carry over.

Are you sure? Looks too thin. I feel it might just be like the VF in sense of when lights are on both inner and outer light up but only outer for stop light, but with incandescent globes. No LED.

Guess we will find out soon enough.

Love it. Especially in the flesh always an improvement over static front and rear shots. Even the ute is going to look tough. Would swap the GT335 for one tomorrow ...... if they had a GT. Few months wait now to see them properly.

Dont care if they are compared to Mondeo, Jag, Mustang ..... great company to be compared to but is plenty different enough to stand out and make a statement. Great job by Ford and think they have hit the mark just fine.

Ah bugger, on both counts. I didn't think it was Seduce (after trawling other images), but was hoping anyway. Same goes for flappy paddles I guess. Nevermind then, a fun gimmick for another day!

And as predicted, the centre stack doesn't look too different from what you can see through the rear window of the sedan.

Default Re: Last EVER Falcon Picture & Discussion Thread

That base model ute looked absolutely terrible (IMO). So plan and square! The new design of the front and rear might work on a whole new frame but slapping them onto a FG just doesn't match... I'm sorry Ford but ill be hanging into my FG
