Why is it... that businesses who are in the business of selling their product seem to have no interest in selling their product...
Called local Di Filippo distributor, 'guy' is out of the office we'll ring back...they don't... I ring back a week later....again 'guy' is out of the office...we'll ring back...again they don't. Ring Di Filippo direct, ok send us the order... i place the order...I don't hear so ring to confirm.. put onto sales guy... confirm order, say i'll pay for ceramic coating as well and put freight charge on order.... great they already have in stock ready to ship...confirm by email... no response at all again... also still not from the distributor either....weeks later.. What gives? Indeed 'why is it' ... I spent my money elsewhere... And this happened so many time before... |

Why is it the modern water saving toilets need more than one flush to get rid of anything other than urine?

Why is it that water saving showers are popular when all they do is spray water slower than a leaky faucet?

When you need to do an urgent repair, and you find your little tube of Superglue...
The cap is stuck on hard, and the contents has dried up, forcing a trip down to the local Bunnings for a new tube. Whether I buy the Superglue "pen" or tube.... It's always a one shot, one use affair, the rest of the contents goes to waste. |

Why is it that in a huge carpark with plenty of free spots, you know the type that Bunnings have, that people dither over which empty parking spot they will take and in the process hold up people behind. Just pick ONE and let the rest of us get in and out the joint as quickly as possible.
Just another reason to hate Bunnings!

Another paradox that gets me, If you're not meant to drink and drive why do pubs have carparks?

I've seen that at Bunning's drive through, double park and decide to get timber cut to length.

Why is it that some appliances have security screws on the covers yet you can buy a security bit set over the counter? It makes no sense really. I have a security bit set for repairing silly things like hand dryers and the like but I'm yet to hear of a crime gang robbing parts out of appliances.

Why is it some people criticise soccer because occasionally there can be no result after 90 minutes of play, yet a large number of the same people can watch a test match for five days and be happy with a drawn result saying, "if only we cleaned up the tail quicker", or "maybe we should have declared sooner".

Even though most could be a draw, one-sided or decided by the weather, there were some matches that had it all - even a draw. You could see someone make 300+, get a hat-trick, epic catches, 400 run opening partnership, records be made or broken across the board, run-rate higher than a 50 over match, sledging, bouncers causing a streak of golden ducks or broken jaws, payback, resilience, dodgy wickets (was entertaining), games lasting the 5 days and being decided in the final over. I'm not a soccer fan but I'm sure you could witness similar things against a rival team even if the game lasts 90 minutes and ends a draw - especially a draw on away turf. |

Why is it that evil killers like that Gargasoulas be allowed to try it on with mental problems etc . He's a calculating effing murderer of multiple poor souls and blatantly injured dozens more ..
I hope the courts see through the bulldust and send him down for as long as possible with no privileges whatsoever . Even gaol is too good for the sod. |

That it's much cheaper for me to holiday overseas and get a dental implant than even some basic work here? That dentists are only there for those with access to large amounts of money is nothing short of a disgrace. Another area the Government has failed it's people.
