I don't see too much rot with that charger. And at least he laid protection down under it so the grass doesn't eat it alive.

Oh it's there, it just doesn't show up in the pics.

It's actually still driven occasionally for the odd club run etc, so it's not totally neglected, but it's certainly not going to last forever stored the way it is.

Fair enough. I noticed the Air Freshener hanging from the mirror. Wasn't sure if it hadn't long been off the road or he's trying to cover up the mildew smell.

If he wont sell or move it, tell him to at least open the doors on a good day to air it out. - Covered up in a climate like that will make the inside of it smell like it's been sitting at the bottom of a swamp.

I came across a neat unregistered XA/XB coupe sitting in a driveway with what appears to be Landau style irons on the 'c' pillar on the vinyl roof in Telarah last week.
Heading back out that way in the next day or two to see if I can find it again. This time I'll try to take pics.

This barn find is motorbikes and would have been worth $6M if the owner had protected them property.

That is just criminal, they say the deceased owner was an enthusiast, apparently not, just a hoarder with the old "One day I'll fix it up" attitude.

Hello from California! Anybody out there know of ANY shop type manuals that would cover the body on a 1950 Ford "single spinner" Ute? I was lucky enough last year to buy one off the Australian eBay site and have it shipped over but,... having a difficult time locating build or repair guides!

Figured it couldn't hurt to ask! Thanks in advance! Larry Sager (shoeboxutelover!)

I agree George.....depends on what people picture as a barn and a find. most would like it to be a matching nos car of some sort covered in dust, a rough diamond whose tyres are flat or rectangular etc

Man, that takes me back.

My father had the XF Ghia in Charcoal until some numbnuts clipped him while overtaking on what's now called the M5 and put him into the wall at 110kph. That dash had me mesmerised when I was a kid.

Edit: Wasn't it Peter Wherrett that panned the XF and one of his criticisms was that you couldn't look down at the speedo and identify quickly what speed you were doing?
