Being the mostly impatient sort that I am, the proprietor of the place of business that currently holds title to your work of art would not have me on his xmas mailing list.

I feel for you guys, and can't imagine the anguish you must be feeling.

I hope soon for all involved.

We have been told this weekend but i think thats been going on for a few months now!!!
great idea about the PS2 we never thought of that although we do take it in and out of the car and if it was to be airbrushed it may get damaged but you never know cos once an idea gets into our heads!!!!!!
we have some other plans for the inside once we get it back (if ever : )

thanks glenn- it has been an absolute nightmare and we are the ones who are made to look like the fool. its finally- apparently- out of the fore mentioned workshop and has just had the auto put back in- but who knows when you cant get in contact with anyone (NOT including Preston Automatics). Maybe this weekend, maybe not, but i think it is getting to the stage that a trailer will be the best bet in getting it back and then finding someone to finish off the work- but hopefully it is getting tuned tommorrow or saturday and will be done but not holding my breath!!! Heard it all before over and over again and there hasnt been alot of contact today. I just cant wait to drive it again but we still have a few things we want to do to it ourselves when we get it back. NEVER AGAIN that is for sure

It is seriously beyond a joke. The mechanics are showing a complete lack of respect and honor to the due date at which they gave you from the start.. :(

I know exactly where your coming from here Narelle ... I saw exactly the same thing when I was helping build SAS01 .... False hopes and promises can wreck a dream ... And people wonder why I don't want to build any of my cars for the show scene :

Our Computer seems to joining the same path as the car- got the computer back yesterday, pulgged it in and it still had the same problem- so its gone back again!!!! Car is still not back and having a lot of trouble making any contact and getting any answers so if we can access it we will get it back finished or not very soon. evn if we have to trailer it to the All ford Day we will. but supposedly all that is left to do on it is tuning but of course the tuner has gone away

Its finally back- not finished but at least it is in our driveway again. The engine has been graced with new cams, new injectors, new pistons, new rings and bearings and the UNichip has had the boot and been replaced with Flash tuner. The auto has also been rebuilt/strengthened and it needs to do 1000ks before we can give the car a decent tune on the dyno. The car wont be leaving our sight until after craigieburn so the power figure will be afew weeks away. There is more to come and will let you know when its done.

We are smiling smiling smiling!!!!

the car is absolutley filthy inside and out, plus other changes we wanna do to it, so i think we will be in for some long nights. Its got stockies on it atm so first thing is to put the good rims on for a few days and drive it around a little and then it will be time for the rims to come off andfor jamie to spend a couple of hours polishing each one, on the lounge room floor no doubt!!!! So although it hasnt got all the changes we hoped for, at least it is back in our carport!!!!

screens are in
and just as an added "bonus" one of our amps was damaged (only cosmetically) but the mounts were also damaged so just another thing to do- buy a new amp and refit it all up------------anyone wanna buy a slightly scratched amp? it works fine but just not good for showing off
