oh and while im on my rant... can I just point out something?
Use something else to insert flash files in webpages. Since early this year, any up to date copy of Internet Explorer will display a grey square around the banner as a security 'feature'. Users need to click on the banner, then click on the link they wish to go. The work around is using script to insert Flash files.

something i noticed tonight, and its the only issue i have with it..
i needed to access one of the sponsor sites..........took a lwhile for it to "come around" is there anyway to put a button so you can go through them manually....rather than having to wait for them to scroll around... small thing maybe, but it'd just make it a tad easier to navigate |

They are - you may have to clear the cache to see it if you have a long life cache.

Simplest way is to press the Ctrl key and the F5 function key at the same time.
