Toss up betwen 3 & 4 in my eyes, but I went for No.4
As said, maybe a slight change to the flag, with more Southern Cross showing.

Would've like to see a more classic feel banner, eg. banner 1 has mainly late model falcons..........my humble opinion though, they are all great!
