The link above is for a mini cruise organised on BBQ Day. I've put my name down, and if you want, add yours as well. I guess its not really critical to go on the list because we can just show up, but it gives an indication of how many people are interested and to ensure the meeting point plan goes ahead. Plus going with a group of locals' we know we won't get lost. And this about 7 minutes from our hotel.

Cool. Just let me know. I'm going to have it all confirmed in the 1st week of April. That way if theres any drama's, I have time to get other accomodation. I think the list that we have will be about it. I can't see anymore coming from interstate. 12 Cars is a mighty effort. Something we should all be very pleased about. Its more than I thought I would have.

At this point we are looking at 12 rooms. Thats unless anyone wants to share.

Hey folks. Well today I contacted the hotel to let the owner know that
I will need 12 rooms. Room configurations not yet known and I will
contact him in the first week of April. It seems that there is
something on that weekend in Melbourne and rooms are filling up fast.
So this means I need to know exactley what rooms everyone will need this
week. I need to know by Thursday so I can make the necessary bookings.
I am booking on Friday, so if you don't have back to me my 6 am Friday
morning, then you will run the risk of missing out. Please let me know
what you need in the next couple of days. Room types are

Queen $95
Twin Queen @ Single $115
Family Queen & 2 Single Beds $125
Spa Rooms $150

So please get back to me as soon as you can.

I will be sending PM's to everyone as well.

Twin Queen I think is 1 Queen Bed and a Single. Maybe its a typo, but that was what I got. I can confirm if you like, but it fits into the price range between the Family and the queen.
