Gonna give it ago when i get home

I have not played forza 3 since before new years as my xbox was stolen as such lost all my saved games - insurance allowed me to upgrade from a 20GB Pro to a 250GB Elite but that does not bring back the hours of Forza, GTA etc

I downloaded about 30 new cars onto my Forza file today. $30 for a 1500 windows live points. Some really good cars in there including the R35 GT-R Skyline and the 2010 Shelby GT500. Good stuff.

No work today due to the weather so I Spent the best part of 2 hour circulating finding tenths, here and there then got seriously aggressive with some rumble strips. What to show for that: a headache, a wasted Friday arvo(debateable) and..

There's a bigger flaw in this challenge than in the home installation rebate scheme.

I just ran a time faster than a R35 GT-R

I only had a standing lap, and one roll on lap, couldnt be bothered with any more. I had two big stuff ups, but meh.

I cracked a 8:38.548 last night in manual, have the pic to prove it on my phone just a matter of uploading it. I reckon there is still a bit left. That was on my second lap with this car, cracked a 8:51 standing still start on my third run

another 2 hours down the toilet-
some time to be made up through the carosel as it carries up the hillx10 I was faster than my pb by two seconds by the Time I hit the top of the hill I lost a little time with wheel spin and only ended up better by 1sec.

Yeh, there's a 5km sprint race around part of nurburgring, i just sat on the finish line for about 5mins then crossed the line, that's why i put the video of my 8:38.579 lap time on storefront just for all the critics out there.

I didnt get a photo, I just turned the Xbox off. And thats no rewinds either, I was testing the car (where upgrades screen is) and it doesnt allow rewinds.
But meh, take my time down if you want, there wont be a photo, its not that important, lol.

Did a quick 2 lapper (1 from standing start, then a fly through lap)

Got 8:36.069

There is still quite a bit left if I didn't stuff up as much and kept wheel spin to a minimum!

this was first lap after starting lap, could not be stuffed going around again to shave a few more sec's off

I think the next one should be something like road america in a stock v8 supercar or something

I do belive you . But me personally do think we could allow your time .
The rules are there to keep it honest.
Posting the pic's is a pain and if you dont have to post them i dont see why anyone else should . There no prize for first place so its just a bit of fun you know your time and thats all that really matters.

Just did a 8:37.147 and so annoyed at myself for stuffing up, i hit a couple of walls on the way. It's just such a looong track, so you just can't be stuffed restarting.

Why don't we either find a track and post our gamertags, that way we can all see what times were run, or just do the Forza time trials already set up in the leaderboards. That way we can all see our times and see assists used and who has a certified time and what not.

Umm it's all in the controller setup, and the car setup (gear ratios and suspension setup).

Its all good I understand. I only play Xbox when Im putting my youngest son to bed, he likes to listen to the cars to go to sleep. As soon as he's out, BAM, its off, and I back out to the lounge room.
