lets see... I got out of bed at 11am, had brekky until 12.30pm, vacuumed the car, then wasted the last few hours on the Playstation.
Oh, and while no one was watching I had the rest of the bologneise from last night. (At least I'll have plenty of company in hell)

My day started most probably before all of you got up (or got home for that matter for those out the previous evening). Try 4:30 AM for starters for a 6 AM start. Yeap and this week so happens to be in excess of 50 hours as well. Anyways the early start was worth it, a clear, crisp sunrise on Sydney Harbour with fresh south westerly breeze, go stir up some fisherman at some of our wharves, and a good perve as the day matured. Topped off with another perve session at the gym this afternoon. Loverly. What's the problem with Good Friday again?

Been a boring day for me so far. Just been watching DVDs and surfing the forums.
Every Good friday I normally get roped into working in the kitchen on my cousins seafood cafe as it's the busiest day of the year. Thank good he sold the place a month or so ago. He still got sucked into helping them out as they are still new to the game. |

Well, just when I thought it'd be another boring hangover, a college up the road, St Johns, decided to catch on fire. Was down the side where the TV crews were getting their footage, you could feel the heat over 50m away. The news was pretty off with their reporting as usual. The supposed state of the art fire system was normal smoke alarms only fitted at the start of semester. 90% of their footage from "distrort students" were guys standing around going damn thats cool. One of the girls staying in the flat was my mates sister who'd gone home for the holls and lost everything. Poor buggers.

Just got back from skiing. Good day, apart from having to replace the water pump in the boat at about lunch time. It is one hell of a day out, great fun.
Now I'm off to have a few (a lot) pre birthday drinks with my mates.

With the number of times my son has been in there and The Maddestman was in there when he was a young'en, they both owe their lives to them. It's my favourite charity, so dig deep peoples. If you have enough money for alkeyhole you have enough to donate a couple of dollars to the hospital which in turn helps our kids. And for those of you who say you'll never have kids, you just never know and you may need them one day. You're nephews, neices, cousins, brothers, sisters etc, may need them one day also... hell even if you've never seen a child DONATE dammit! :

woke up at six got set up for the good friday appeal,
had bacon and eggs for brekky(meat tastes so much better on good friday!) stood on an intersection for 9 1/2 hours collecting and watching 100's of GT's go by went and got hungry jacks(mmm more meat.) went around to some motels and caravan parks to get more money out of GT owners(great blokes) let two guys ride on the roof or the fire truck around the motel for $10....... back to fire station to tally money, and get shitfaced on free beer... our station got 25k our area got 85k (our fire station is the collection center of our area's good friday appeal)

Ahh what a good 'Good Friday' it has been - so much fun was had washing, drying, folding, vaccuuming, dusting, cooking, cleaning dishes 654864654 times, changing 4 sheet sets, some weeding/tree trimming, cobweb on bricks cleaning, mopping and just finished cooking bolognese sauce for my sister for tomorrow!
But it's ok though - none of my work interfered with Peter's "tv" watching all day!! Yep - great day :
