Same message here. Says that sale should proceed normally and to wait for it to turn up. We shall see.

I bought a laptop charger from China to replace my own one. I didn't buy the cheapest one, nor did I buy the most expensive one. I bought from the buyer with the best rating. Sent 'free' and arrived soon after. It was obvious that something wasn't right. It weighed about half the original factory one and it never worked anyway. Looking at the sellers T&C's I needed to first contact them to tell them it didn't work, then I would have had to send it back for them to 'investigate'.. I was buggered each way as postage back to them was more than the whole thing cost to send out to me. So, I sent them an email asking where is my item. They even offered to send me another one I watched the time limits imposed by PayPal and opened a dispute. My refund came a few days after in full. Bugger them... they must send out hundreds of these a day and know that most buyers will not bother following up for a refund or replacement when it doesn't work.

Be careful with this crap (12v should be ok :/), it's not made to Australian standards and people have actually died trying to save a buck on these third world electronics.
By all means definitely still buy online, just vet the seller and preferably only buy oem products.
