The hood complete with NACAR ducts ands other bits look a bit like the doorless DBR Magnum (same maker as the Sabre) so I think it has to be one od Denis R Bedford's many creations.

Again a bigger pic in the gallery.

No its not a Sabre or a Magnum or anything else from Denis I had a reply from Denis Bedford of Copycat Cars and previously of DRB who advised: "Definitely not one of my cars, bit rough. I think that is a typical one off backyard special."

Definitely not a Eureka , I helped a mate build one up on 1971/2 , Completely based on a Vee Dub chassis , only alteration you could do was put a Cortina/Escort 1600 GT motor in them , but that made the front end really light .

About 4 years ago another mate & I were looking at Importing/wholesaling different kit's into the country and I've just found some of the links we were looking at, at the time .

(some of these links may not work as they are from 4 years ago :-)

http://kitcars.com/profiles/default.asp?CompaniesID=66

http://www.premierkitcars.com/modules.php?name=Content

http://www.git.com.au/~theedge/buggies.htm

You might be able to follow some of the links from these sites , we used to Google "Kit Cars"

Hope this helps

carnutt
