Hmmm... Does anyone know where I could get a DECENT bit of boot liner? I've tried wreckers (haven't been to all around adelaide yet but a decent few) and haven't found any worth taking... When I got my car it had none. Which obviously I knew about, but I'm starting to want some now xD

I achieved something - got new tyres. They are AusTyre Sport 19s.
Took a gamble with a brand I was unfamiliar with. Most people said they have a bit of noise (true). I got them from a shop a month before The Tyre Factory started pushing them, so that made me feel a bit better. I think they hold fairly well for a cheap tyre.

Well I got it in March and the only mod I am doing as such will be the Koni Yellows that will go in over the next couple of weeks.
Otherwise just keep it in top order and enjoy...maybe try and find a way to get more than 300kms out of the tank? Unfortunately 95% city driving does that I guess. Ive got a small list of interior things, bulbs, steering wheel retrim etc..nothing major. UK what did you end up getting?

I need to get around to replacing my (i think its called) map light?
Also keen to clean out the gutter rash on my rims, hopefully won't need any bog! At the moment I wanna get the sensible stuff out of the way before I do the fun stuff. And Uncle Ken, what is the point of the backfire valve? I've seen that how-to in the tech sub section but haven't actually worked out what its for. And a google search hasn't been useful lol! |
