260rwhp stock standard?? That's definitely a very healthy 220 engine, I'm some 40hp down on that...

I believe the 260rwhp run was with stock headers but had hi-flow cats and twin two and half manta zorst.

Heh mine just be a dud or a dud dyno run... I run twin 2.5" system with Aerochambers, so assuming 26hp difference from 200-220kw engines, the hi flow cats are worth 11hp.

As a follow up question, the people running headers do your before & after graphs include hiflow cats? If so then perhaps the gains are here rather than the 4001-4006 headers....

from what i herd from a carline muffler shop. going from factory cats to 100cell cats you gained not even 2 rwkw. but that is assuming they are brand new. i guess depending on how blocked up your cats are could create a very different reading there.

Dave, that's a good point you raise. I had new 200cpi metal substrate cats fitted at the same time as the PH4001's. My original cats were 3 yrs old, 40,000km at the time. I don't know how much difference that would make as that is not my area of expertise.
