I got a phone call from Gambit to say that our club website had vanished from the 'other' site...had a looksee, and bugger, it had vanished. Lost without a trace!
Then some lovely 'useless' person let me know that this was up and running, voila, here I is. |

just wondering how the members heard of this site or the other site fordforums.com id say most members of here were members of the other site how did u find either did u stumble across it or some1 told u?

Someone (who is no longer a member) told me about it. I'm glad they did, I could count on one hand the number of times since I've been back to the 'old' site, and one of those times was to change my sig there... :hihi:

Found the old site via a websearch, moved to this one in "The great new years eve defection of '04". Been back to the old on a couple of times but not much worth lookin at.

I too came from BON... I joined a bit after the mass exodus from there and then found out about FF.com from someone there... came across from FF.com when Casper told be about it so you can blame him for me being here lol.

well it is actually quite sad.
I was in year 10 or 11 while reading that. Blue Oval News it was called. Similar site that got the **** sued out of them for starting something that I cant remember now..lol Sorry. Jeez that means Ive been reading this stuff for about 6 years now...ah!

Was on the old site. Can't remember my old logon or anything like that. Hadn't visited in ages, got an e-mail saying there's a .com.au site, joined, rest is history.

i found some site called trueblueford.com or something and it had a link to the old site, was there for a while, came back on after being away up the coast. Pub was gone, Bar was gone, and pits were gone... Thinking wtf is going on here, someone else thought the same and asked were the hell every1 went, and someone else posted there on the au site. So added au to the end of the address and been here since...

I found this site when it was linked from another site www.aufalcon.com. At the time I was talking to that bloke Casper and he seemed like a good guy. So thought, he's not too bad a bloke and if he linked it to his site it can't be that bad either....:hihi:

Was on the old site, moved here. I still go back to the old site to search for information, as the wealth of several years of technical information is very useful, especially since the search function isn't google anymore.
