The exhaust is still on the cards, so to a tune but with a xcal 3, cam will be later but after the 5 speed conversion is done.

Didn't fit the sunroof, nor did I sell it.. But, I did fit the ESS gearbox, TS50 ECU, 3500rpm Hi-stall, twin 2.5" exhaust, Tickford Premo Brakes, Genuine TL50 seats. Gave the car a full cut, polish, wax and detail, re-fitted standard premo sound. So this year I basically completed what I set out to achieve almost 7 years ago.. Not bad me thinks..!!

This year the AU hasn't received a lot of love - probably only cleaned it half a dozen times (when you're working on other people's cars all the time, sometimes you lose motivation to work on your own). Have had the urge to just get rid of it and get a V8 ute as a work car for practicality / promotional reasons....but then I think I'd hardly get anything for it so may as well hold on to it! Then I think maybe I don't need a 'work' ute, just use the AU and get a trailer if I really wanted something to carry stuff around... Then I think maybe I could use the AU as a courtesy car for customers...but I don't know if I would want to revert the car back to stock...just wouldn't be the same... Do I really want to keep going and plough this extra dough into the AU when I'm not going to get any of it back; and also the fact that it's still a relative pov-pack Futura - it's never going to be as quick as I want it to be...
