Would love the see Sylox's ute in the metal ...actually ... Adam's and Sylox's ute together in the photoshoot would be even better.

Then made up an AU Calender with all the cars that win the categories ... or something along those lines. (Then again someone may have already suggested it .... I couldn't be bothered reading the entire post ... LOL)

Me ... I doubt I'd enter mine in the competition ... it's in average condition ... needs a few dents removed here and there ... needs to be much lower to compete .... more power ... and big wheels really.

I'll sit this one out.

Unless there's a best commercial vehicle award ... LMAO

I'll put my name in for whatever it would qualify for anyway- but the likes of Sylox and Bucky are crazy for thinking they're not in with a chance :

There are some awesome looking AU's on this forum and no matter how "little" the mods are is irrelevant if the car appeals to people IMO......

Looking at all the catergories in Best AU I just realized I haven't seen any other AU1's with the Tickford body kit.My question is - is there any others in the club?

sooner or later there will be eleventy billion categories :

i agree you cant compare a fairmont to a forte, but you gotta draw a line somewhere. and then, best stock this, best modded that. that keeps it fair, but then there are even more categories to vote for. oh well.

Sylox you would have to have one of the best falcon utes ive ever seen. well id give it a 10 anyway.

Between you and Blueprint XR8's ute.. its too hard to choose.. I think an equal first is the way to go lol..

Bucky and DeathXR would easily be close to the top for best looking AU XR's... and for T's Jim's got that, no qustions I think..

Well i think its strange you wouldn't enter it guys Bucky and Blueprint considering you both have AMAZING cars, but hey, if thats what you want, us stockies wouldn't complain!. However not to have your cars at least in the comp with some photos would mean were missing two of the best AU's in Australia... sad stuff...

I'm with you mate it would be a shame and I can't say I really understand why you wouldn't have your cars in there.

You have to also understand that these cars are an inspiration to fellow owners who look up to the way you guys present your vehicles and it is also these people who would be voting as your peers. I think the level of competition is very healthy here and it's not really fair to the voters if their favorite cars aren't even in the comp......

Food for thought but really think you guys should consider it.

BTW, is this actually happening?

Grunter's would definately be a nicer car- as I said earlier this is driven so much and if you walked around both cars I can tell you his would be so much better than mine- but if the comps solely on looks in a photo, maybe mine will appeal to a different demographic I don't know.

I think the thing the T series always has had in it's favour is it was such an awesome looking car to begn with- some people are horrified I've done what I have; it really appeals to my tastes and that's what I love about it- having said that I don't think Ford have made a better looking car ever, than the AU T series- and that's all series'.

T1 and 2's look so classy and I would say that 012's would be one of my fave cars on these forums- although I think I would like Grunters engine eventually..... once I know what it can do first!
