Infact, I see no point in them at all. The people with prams and kids going shopping far outweigh the number of pram parks provided, and a person with a pram has no specific physical need to be closer to the entrance to a mall, unlike someone with a physical handicap. As to requiring wider parks, I never had a problem with my vehicles getting my infant daughter in and out without mauling other peoples cars, maybe the issue lies in the choice of vehicle I keep seeing with the people using these parks, namely wide body 4wd's.

How about wide body people movers for families of 4 kids with the need for a pram for a disabled child? Or is that an inappropriate choice of vehicle too?
