The problem seems to be that homosexuality cannot be eradicated. If it is a genetic anomaly, which Darwin identified, it occurs in numbers that are seemingly too large to correct by extermination or Eugenics. Natural Selection, for whatever reason, seems to be favouring the propagation of these aberrations.

The fact that they want to co-opt heterosexual customs, institutions and ceremonies seems to be an absurd but predictable attempt at gaining a kind of social legitimacy which history has so far denied them.

I don't know a lot about paedophilia but they are 2 completely different things. Paedophilia is a child protection issue, vulnerable children being preying upon; power gained through a sexual act. From what I’ve read over 90% of paedophilia cases is a male attacking a young female victim known to them which when you take into account half the population is female means there is a very disproportional number of heterosexual men involved in paedophilia.

And yes, paedophilia is produced by nature, it is not man made.

The last time I accidently had one of those nasty porn popups appear on my computer screen I couldn’t help but notice as I hastily fumbled over my keyboard to find the esc key to be rid of it that many of the straight titles had the word for bottom sex in them.

That says to me there must be some if not many heterosexual men out there that like that sort of thing when they are not just procreating.

What I struggle with and it’s not just in this thread but in society in general, is those that are ok with it or simply don’t care don’t seem to be anywhere near as emotional about the subject as those who are against it.

It makes me wonder who it really is that is trying to force their will onto others as it doesn’t appear to be those who aren’t against equality.

I personally know of two lesbian couples and three gay couples. They don't "shove" their sexuality in my or my family's face. They don't openly physically show their affection for one another apart from holding hands, however you can see that they love each other. Much like I love my male friends. I give my male friends "bro" hugs.

Don't get me wrong - the thought of having sex with a man repulses me, as does most hetero men.

I just accept them for who they are, not what they are.
