My dad has a '94 S320. For those of you who don't know... it's a 2.1 ton sedan powered by a puny 170kw 3.2L I6. It's extremely comfortable and quite but absolutely terrible to drive. Firstly, a 2.1 ton sedan is never to going to handle like a sports car, secondly the steering is extremely light and lacks feel, and thirdly the accelerator pedal is extremely difficult to depress.

Has an extremely nice interior (for a '94 model) that would put any ford in its place Lol.

Dad - AU 3 Falcon (it was mine..) - great fun to drive

Mum - VX Berlina - smoooooth and quiet!

Not real interesting. My uncle has an 890,000km old EF, which is cool because its nigh on indestructible.

I borrow theILs Hilux ute, not as much fun as the previous Cruiser tray but just as handy, the Discos awesome for offroading and the 06 S type is nice for a night out especially as there's no kid seats in the back.
We generally only have the T around our house as I work nights so I regularly drag the XR5 back from Dads for a weekend cobweb blowout or borrow one of their Escape family hacks for errand running.

Family extends the Fleet if you treat em OK - Payback for scoring 'em mates rates deals too.

Test drove a Q7 3.0TD and Merc GL today with MIL and it's a bloody good vehicles - fingers crossed they trade the Jag on one. Love our T but these are vvvery nice.

Ill quite happily take out my mums BA XLS Ute, its a 5 speed and when coming from a very slow EF Fairmont Wagon even the Ute is a jet. And the ute is quite fun to drive being a ute and a clutch. Pretty handy for carrying Escort parts around in to!

Get into dads car whenever he lets me BF Xr6T 6 speed, and this makes me very happy untill i get out then the Wagon feels like im going backwards and im in a yacht, well the yacht thing is mostly true in it. Just the feeling of boost and the car squatting down and throwing itself down the road makes very very happy. Only on p's so little while before i can actually take this out more often.

Mum used to have a 2000 Nissan Patrol 3Litre Turbo, that thing used to be good fun on the dirt roads, massive torque and LSD with some big fat wheels, and 2.5 ton made some nice skidmarks and very very slow sliding.

My parents have an EBII Falcon GLi wagon with a factory 5 speed. I've always liked that car. They've owned it since new and it has been ultra reliable. I've always loved the manual, and those 4.0 litre engines have a bit of grunt. The only criticisms are the lack of features compared to the Ghia

On the other hand, my parents also own a 1989 Rodeo. That thing is an embarassment. It's rusty, it's got plenty of scratches and dints, a coathanger aerial, and an AM radio. The non-turbo diesel engine has a top speed of about 90, and it takes ages to reach that. The one thing I do like about that ute though, is it is good for paddock bashing.

Dad's got an AU1 Fairmont wagon, V8, full exhaust, Tickford suspension, T3 brakes. Don't mind driving it 'cos the note this thing makes is awesome, but it needs the carbon and cobwebs blown out from time to time...hehe.

Mum's got a 2000 Astra....nice, but boring.

Mind you, my brother has a T3 TE50, AU2 V8 SE ute and 1 of my BIL's has a S/C EL XR6 and the other a Liberty GT STi, they're all good fun!!!!

Still, my fleet (below) are all great to drive.

My Mum just picked up her fresh from Japan Mazda 3 sedan today. I like the new plastic smell of it.

They are actually built very well I couldnt really find a single fault im almost sorry to say. My EF might as well have been made in 1981 sitting next to that now.

--edit--, oh yeah forgot to mention my Dad has a white AU 1 XR8 lowered, 18" & apex computer. modified and signed in Brocks workshop. -- Ive never driven it :

Dads got a Magna TL VRX (thats the one with the mean front) and I really love driving it, its smooth, revvy, sounds nice and goes nice and the bucket seats are great.
