Heads up....for those of you who haven't booked accommodation or who may wish to 'switch' hotels.

The Coachman called me today. They have 10 rooms available for the weekend. When booking please use the B-Series Owners Club as reference or you will be told there are NO rooms available, also please speak with either Belinda or Eden.

Don't forget to get your entry forms people........ There is still plenty of time to get involved in this event if you act now.

And for those of you writing cheques, please make them out to me (name on form) not to the Parkes motor meet.

Right now today is the day to get your entries in, we are getting very close to this event.

We're leaving Friday morning about 9am, stopping at Orange for lunch and getting into Parkes before 3pm...that leaves three or so hours of daylight to tidy up the car for Saturday.

PM me for meeting point if anyones interested.

Sweet,....there is a car wash in Parkes. Link to Google Map .
I suspect it will be extremely busy though. Remember there are 5 car clubs attending the show on Saturday and then The Early Falcon Club has their show Sunday....so bring lots of microfibre cloths and quick detailer

You City slickers will get a kick out of Parkes now... There's a "Club" (lol) at the Railway hotel now... goes until 3-4pm on friday and saturday nights... I found it hilarious when I went back to Parkes about 2 mths ago... Coachman is still a good place to drink though...

Guys,
The Coachman has called.
They still have a few rooms available to us but bookings need to be made within the next 24 hours. Ask for Norma or Eden.
At the moment they have only 2 bookings from BSeries members so if you have booked and haven't mentioned BSeries please call them and make the correction so they can sort out their end.

We are confirmed for dinner for 25-30 people on the Saturday night. Looking forward to it.

Those that are meeting up at Glenbrook on Friday morning, you should all have my mobile number to give us a call if your held up getting to the meeting point. PM me if I missed you and you don't. (also bring UHF radios if you have them)

Those that are staying at the cabins, you should also have my mobile number should you be held up. PM me if I missed you and if you don't.

There's a BBQ/Spit going on there that B-Series are invited to on the Saturday night after our dinner....CWCC, Monaro Club and Commodore Club will all be there.

Also for anyone interested in attending the Swap Meet on Sunday you are invited to display your cars at the Swap Meet. PM me or catch up with me at Parkes if your interested.

Ok guys, we are on the home stretch now.

If you intend to attend the show as a participant then it's imperative you make your payment and fill out the entry form and PM me for email address to send to. It's far too late now to send the entry form via snail mail.

Please PM either Burnedout or myself asap as we need to confirm numbers with CWCC and complete an entry form for your car for the CWCC side of the show.

At CWCC request we will be meeting at 7:30am at a venue TBA (close to the show) to hand out receipts. These receipts will gain you entry to the show, a goodie bag, stubby holder and also authorise your car for scrutineering.
