No, but it did have the baby seats in there lol The GTR was empty apart from the drivers seat.. The funny thing was he got a bad start he thought. It had a cough and didn't launch as hard.. He was going to get off it but he stayed into it and that's when he got 302kph.. Every other time it was spinning the rears.. If you make it to Temora make sure you pack the parachute.. |

Yer they had one go off the end..
He was so lucky he didn't roll.. But it wasn't because he was doing 300 and only had 480m to pull up.. I think he missed the marker.. (might have been looking at the speedo) Not sure.. There is no doubt you have the safest braking zone.. You have to be on the ball at the end of the Temora strip that's for sure.. You get a lot closer to the track at Temora as a spectator, but closer to the start line at Cooma.. I must say you guys seem to be doing a bit more to improve things for the spectators.. One thing that was good, they had a mic and all the times were read out 1/4 time, finish line, trap time and speed.. (I know you bloke didn't show) We could go on all day..lol.. I'm just glad both of you guys are doing this for the people of AUS.. I just wished some more big guns would come out and play.. Lets hope that both keep getting better and better.. Thanks for the effort you put in.. |

Temora was a dismal effort by the organisers this year, very disappointing and not very well run at all. A lot of unhappy sponsors who won't be back.

If you are looking to enter this years event, that you need email us with your intention to enter. The reason we are asking people to email us, as we do every year, if due to:
1) Entries will be online via our website this year. This will include all vehicle and entrant details. This means Event and vehicle regs will be emailed out to all those that have emailed us one week before entries open. We have already had 250+ emails, from past and new entrants. 2) We have limited spots available for entrants. You need to email us so we can send you the event and vehicle regs when they are available. 3) Do not rely on others to get you entry info, eg, car clubs or mates. Email us yourself. |
