So, my girlfriend knows I've been lusting after this game.

Get an email before from her as she has the day off, it had a picture attachment.

and all she said was, 'I know what I'm gonna be doing till I pick you up at 5, I'll let you know what it's like.'

Dammit!!

My girlfriend watched me play it for 3 hours on Monday night. Last night she played it for 3 hours.

Thats how good it is, when your girlfriend will play it.

It might sound morbid, but I love riding into town, ride by shooting 10 people with Dead Eye then riding out of town waiting for the Posse.. then charging at them, using Dead Eye and knocking another 10 off.

And theres nothing better than sprinting across the plains, shooting the legs out of the horses pulling the carts, then jumping off and slaughtering a family.. I know I'm sick.

I think my girlfriend likes it more than me!

Got home at 5 and she was playing it till about 6:30...I played for an hour or so then she wanted another go!

So funny watching her play it though...she plays as if it's real life...rides around shooting rabbits and skinning them...

Funniest thing is she was about to do a horse breaking mission at some farm...forgot she had the winchester equipped...went to use the 'lasoo' and shot the horse! Horse fell to the ground, so she skinned it, shot the poor bloke that wanted her to do the mission then took off!! Couldn't believe it haha

I've been going nuts in it. I think I've killed something like 277 people. I think I sat in the Saloon being the bar for 20mins surrounded, with one guy after another running through the door. So much fun.

I've got a black horse now, because I'm such as Badass.

I had to get the ammo belt that goes across your body...not because it means double the ammo before reloading, but because it looks badass.

gf works from 6:30 till 11 tonight...Uninteruppted gaming. Oorah!

Just finished the story mode. Was quite good. Got a little sick of horse riding. I'm looking forward to what they do for DLC.

I have barely played Single player only done 2-3 Missions down in Mexico, hoping for DLC they add more "gang hideouts" with online play as after about an hour of solid playing with a posse you have ompleted all of them atleast once.

I got it for my 360 on release day, and have put in 20 hours, or so. Very addicting game. Has anyone noticed that more often than not if you set out to do something you'll get sidetracked, because of everything that happens in the environment?

I was going to do a stranger mission yesterday, but I started slaughtering Wolves, and shooting Eagles for about 20 minutes. lol

The game only has 57 missions, but there's plenty of things to do for hours, and hours.

I was walking past my local JBhifi and thought i'd stop in and grab a copy and they were sold out, didn't try anywhere else. I should have let someone else start this thread lol.

Its not a big deal really. I have exams in two weeks and i was planning on waiting until after them because i turn into a bit of a nerd when these games are released and seem to forget about other important things. I was going to grab a copy and lock it up but i guess i don't have to worry about it yet.

You have to finish Mexico to unlock the part of the map where you can hunt beaver <cue Beavis laugh>.

Ah, ok.

If you follow my tips above, you should find yourself some beaver. I found the best place was the windy track that goes beside the river just before it gets snowy.

I also used the survivalist map to track down enough of the Red whatchamacallit that you need to collect 10 of - the feathers were the easy part, they can be assorted, doesn't need to be from the same species.

Set a waypoint and start a campfire. A lot quicker and less horse.
