Thank Christ Melbourne doesn't have a drag strip aside from Calder Park because if you can't drive around Bendigo, you'd probably get murdered in a road rage incident because you didn't run that red in Melbourne

Stock car stock tune yeah? The factory limiter is typacally set well lower then the fatal damage point. In the realm of 500 to 1000 rpm. Tuned cars push that limit a tad harder for max power. I dont mang the limiter on my bf but its a 6 speed so 2nd gear burnys are not an issue, 3rds are more upto road condition. 5ths are if its raining. The one slow car that was kind of fun that revved to the moon was an 89 toyota sprinter hatch, jap inport, my brother had. It was a $900 car, slow as hell, but redlined at 7500, had no rev limiter so shifting at 8500 was where it was fun at, and had a dog box. So the clutch was only used to get off the line. No clutch shifting was why it was fun. Rip shifting it we didnt even get off the accelerometer. 8500 in 1st, 8500 in second, rip 3rd then look at the speedo, and yeah... 50km on the dial. Slow as hell, but heaps fun.

My motor is to expensive to even try 8500 in first. The FPV 5.4 is a rare motor. Nobody bought it because the LS1 was a much better motor. Yes i am saying Holden had better v8's until the 5.0 S/C was released in 2010. Why am i saying this. Because i know its true. I have owned ls1 and ls2 and they **** on ford until the Miami 5.0

3rd world countries will suffer for 20 more years but Briton, Italy ETC have already banned them from city limits. If that's not enough proof for you, then what is.. Also the local rag. Actually the only news paper in Adelaide called the Advertiser, posted a story. It said if you drive a diesel, drive it with the windows up and aircon on. Otherwise you will be poisoned by soot.

Your diesel is made for one thing. Towing. And long range. That's all diesels are good for. Wake up and smell the roses. You bought a slow as a snail car.. But you did not have a clue what you was buying. There is a thing called google or firefox and you can learn things from it.
