I went to my local dealer today and they didn't know anything about it.
Does someone want to be my friend? Like I said, I am willing to compensate. Feel free to PM me. |

Bit of thread digging, but I heard that "Friends of Ford" Is still on?? If so anyone feel charitable enough to help out a stranger. More than happy to compensate the favour
Are former employees eligible to "sponsor"?? |

Yes - former employees ( retired employees - not sure if sacked employees get in the scheme ) are eligible - have just had a retired employee sponsor me. It is also essential that the friend taking advantage has never worked at Ford. As an aside - is there anyone familiar with the scheme reading this who can comment on the amount of " Dealer delivery fee " that the seller can charge. Is it a fixed amount or whatever the seller decides.?

I'm happy to 'sponsor' a friend as well... as for the 'dealer delivery fee', that amount is up to each individual dealer to determine.

From this work, a number of media outlets starting questioning why aren't governments buying more Australian made vehicles. PS I think he has been looking to buy a Titanium Territory!

My late father worked for Ford Broadmeadows for over 30 years. he retired around 1985. He appased away a couple of months ago. Im wondering wether my surviving mother is still elligible for the Ford employee discount, for a car for her grandson?
If, so, how do we go abou this? |

as per: http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11406964 so i guess technically, if you're cashed up you could try and find a dealer who's open on Sunday, and push them for same day delivery on floor stock?! But you'd need the signed form and everything done so it'd be pushing poo up hill.
