Righto thank's to everyone who posted constuctive msg's so far just to reinterate
i am fully behind my sister we are still on good terms my mate as far as i am concerned is nothing more than my sisters boyfriend whom i dislike and get's treated accordingly (i dont go out of my way to make life difficult and dont go out of my way to be nice either) now as bad as this sounds i am really just waiting till he messes up whith her (judging by the fact that he has cheated on his last 3 girlfriends and given the circumstances of them hooking up) i dont think he can be trusted.. ad yes i no i looked in his phone but bear in mind before you post that
*i had talked to both within the last week and they both staunchly denied
*after talking with both i was still suspicious
*i didnt go looking for the phone it was just on the bench
*I WAS RIGHT (not yelling just emphasising)
so i think i was justifyed looking in his phone

and one more point that alot are making "better the devil you know" yes but i dont claim to be the greatest judge in character i like to think i am but just because i thought he was a good bloke dosnt mean he is. it would seem more likley in this case that that i may not have been the greatest judge of charachter!

Ps... I like how everyone jumps up and down on you looking at his phone.. Jesus... some of these people work in IT/Telco's, how much info have you been able to ummm look at with out the owners knowledge, even this forum. I am sure admins can tell within 1/2 a second what everyones up to... I admire people that just say it like it is, he looked at his mate/ex mates phone, big deal!! give me a phone nummber and a credit card and I can tell you what colour your **** is the next morning!! ;)
