Bowdens snow foams up great. No problem there. It's just after rinsing there is very little difference. NV used in the same conditions actually had a noticeable effect after rinsing. This will vary for everyone depending on how dirty your cars are. If mainly just dust or very lightly soiled then bowdens would probably work ok.

"This product has been designed to work flawlessly in conjunction with the NOVA Coatings. PH 8.1 Formulation provides exceptional cleaning power; you will be amazed at how much dirt & traffic film is removed without touching the car! The hydrophobic & oleophobic surface structure of the NOVA coatings allows SNOW+ to rinse off extremely easy." Full blurb here - https://nvcarcare.com.au/collections...sh-500ml-1l-5l For use on ceramic coated vehicles, I would make sure your dilution ratios are correct - 50ml per 10L in a bucket wash 1:10 in a foam wash It will strip or seriously degrade waxes and sealants, including spray sealants. In situations where I want to strip wash, I will be more liberal with my dilutions.

I have just spent $115 at Detailing Shed!
The main reason for the order was to get some Gyeon Q2 Quickview. https://detailingshed.com.au/collect...n-q2-quickview Along with a couple of other things, I added a MTM Foam Cannon service repair kit. https://detailingshed.com.au/collect...non-repair-kit I'm waiting for the Obsessed Garage sale to launch as there a few items I want to trial. They offer 10% discounts and free shipping, sadly that doesn't include international shipping.

I also have the Gernie Super Foam Sprayer which I purchased a while ago now before all of the other options became available.
It is definitely better than the standard one they supply in some of the Gernie Kits. I use Meguiars Gold Class in it and find it OK but I have nothing to compare it too having not used anything else. It is possibly smaller in volume so will only do 1 car.

The "foam" they produce is hardly foam, rather a soapy water spray. The Karcher ones are about $28 at Bunnings. I would spend a bit more on any of these - https://www.repco.com.au/en/car-care...CABEgKImPD_BwE https://www.repco.com.au/en/car-care...yABEgLbqfD_BwE https://www.waxit.com.au/products/wa...21709883048025 https://www.repco.com.au/en/car-care...SABEgLFrPD_BwE

Don’t bother. I have 2 of the Karcher foam cannons. I have the one that came with my K7 and the adjustable one from Bunnings. They are junk. I bought the Bowdens own one and it’s totally different. It actually makes thick foam. |

Nice, just had a look at the bowdens one. I didn't realise brands were compatible with others.

Are those wheels a gloss or matte finish. If matte how do you keep them looking clean even with ceramic coating. |

The wheels are matte black. I just wash them regularly with normal car wash soap. After they have been dried, I wipe them over with a quick detail spray (NV Boost).

Black Friday Sale, order number 1 -
The Gyeon Quick View is a glass coating with 6 month longevity. https://detailingshed.com.au/product...ad5bd45f&_ss=r I'm not a person who likes to take things to chance, so I decided to add a service kit for my MTM foam cannon to my order. https://detailingshed.com.au/product...8d30afd7&_ss=r I also like the idea of these detailing swabs from Maxshine, good for intricate grill patterns. https://detailingshed.com.au/product...6eca609f&_ss=r And yes, I did say order number one, I have two more on the way from Waxit and Obsessed Garage. Strike while the irons hot as they say!

I have a shopping cart at waxit with about $80 worth of stuff but unfortunately I'm going to have to pass on it. Bought a few hundred dollars worth of new cycling kit... Priorities are slightly different to some but I do cycle a lot and had to take advantage of the sales.
The game of life. A big juggling act for many.

Black Friday Sale, order number two -
This order comes from the legends at Waxit, a selection of consumables and a couple of highlights. The first being the Dirt Guardz Pad Washer. https://www.waxit.com.au/collections...-washer-system I love detailing, but I hate cleaning polish pads! I normally soak pads in Bowden's Microfiber Wash, then rinse them under running water before throwing them in the washing machine. This product teams with a Dirt Lock grit guard in a bucket, forcing water upwards into a pad to rinse polish residue from the pads. After using powered tools for over 20 years now, I'm now starting to suffer from Paresthesia (pins and needles) in my hands. These Shine Supply Gloves anti-vibration gloves will come into use when polishing. For some reason, when using a hedge trimmer, I get the pins and needles the most, so they will be used for this task as well. https://www.waxit.com.au/collections...bration-gloves A nice little surprise greeted me at the bottom of my order, not that I need any more microfiber at the moment.

It will be a combination of stock shortages and the Black Friday Sale.

Do you think that the Pad Washer might also work for Micro Fiber cloths ?
