1999 Toyota Windom 3.0G (Lexus ES300) - First car. Learnt to drive in it, passed all my tests in it, and got me through the most of highschool. Grenaded the trans being a ****wit and couldn't find a single replacement wrecker trans in all of NZ. Only option was a 4k rebuild, and so the car still sits on an old disused hoist in the mechanics shop waiting for a new trans to show up on the market. Been nearly 8 months, still no trans
2002 Toyota Camry 2.2GX - Not really owned. Was (and still is) mother's car, however she had no use for it at the time and I had no car, and so she gave it to me as "mine" for a couple months till I bought a new one. 2005 Ford Fairlane BA MkII Ghia - Current car, bought off a close friends father for 1.5k. He had someone willing to pay 4k for it but offered to give it to me for 1.5k instead, which I'm eternally grateful for. Car has 420,000km on the clock but is as tight as a drum, works an absolute charm. Doesn't seem like a long list, but I'm only 19 and have been driving for 3 and a bit years in total, including my time as a learner. When put that way it averages to a car a year, which is moderately worrying

Or a 88 XF Falcon Ute here for sale in the USA. Currently overpriced. I mean, afterall its a XF. http://portland.craigslist.org/clk/cto/5643646664.html Not sure what I will replace the Focus with when I get to 270,000. I like the ST Focus, but I also like the Fusion. Not much on sedans, but thats the choices these days. RS sounds tempting, but the cost is a little much. |

1983 AE86 Toyota Sprinter, Red then silver, manual, lots of mods (My first love, still regret selling it to this day)
1997 EC5W Mitsubishi Legnum VR4, silver, manual, basic mods (Fantastic combination of performance, handling and comfort, got rid of it because the price of spare parts were friggin expensive and vitually impossible to get in AUS) 1999 AU Falcon Ute, silver, auto, 3 seater, styleside one tonner (spent a tonne on maintaining it, absolutely awesome reliable daily. only ever cost me one day of work in the 3 years i owned it) 2007 BF Mk2 XR8 Falcon ute, silver, auto. Cat back and intake done to it, underdrives and oil pump on the way. (Really like the car but I need to fix the issue of it being no where near as quick as the Legnum despite having 60kw more) |

HQ Premier wagon, dark metallic grey, bench seat, no power steer, no radio, put radio in and girlfriend made black curtains, yep late 70's early 80's. Bought for 2.5k from my old man who bought it new.
XT falcon V8, great old bomb, bought for 200, sold for 50. ZG Fairlane, "Goldie", 302, T bar, tropic gold, parchment vinyl roof, great car, written off by oncoming driver on wrong side of road, she was lucky to live. Think I paid 2k. DA LTD, 3.9, great limo, paid 19k, sold for 5 😩 ZF Fairlane, Goldie II, 302, column, tropic gold, parchment vinyl roof, couldn't say no! Early Territory Ghia, family bus, still owned. ZG Fairlane, column auto, 302 with 351 crank and rods, Polar White, "Marilyn", Tri y's, 600 vac sec Holley, edelbrock 2750 manifold, twin system with H pipe, loud (at the moment). Next ? I'd love a P5. |

1990 EAII Fairmont Ghia - bought it in 2002 and still own it. Has been extensively modified over the years but needs time and money to bring it back to it's best
1988 EA Fairmont Ghia - spare parts car after crashing my EAII. Decided it was too good to wreck so tidied it up and sold it for a profit. Was never registered in my name so probably doesn't count 2000 AUII Fairmont - bought it in 2010 and had a good run out of it. It has some pretty major rust now though and the engine is using oil (among other problems) so it's not far off being retired for good. 2010 FG XR50 Turbo ute - bought at the start of this year. A massive upgrade over the AU! So far, I've been very happy with it.

First Car,XM coupe, got my license in her, fitted 302.top loader and 9". Still got her
Second car XB Coupe, factory 302 4 speed....sold it and I kick myself, but it wasn't a very rare car back then. Third was a VG Val daily drive, had heaps of different Hemis in it but went small block and 4 speed auto.... Still got it. Picked up an old TP Magna wagon as a hack, bloody thing refuses to stop,so still use it as a daily run about, throw parts for my other toys in the back when needed. XB ute I'm rebuilding,351,TKO 600, 9", 4 link etc. AP5 Safari wagon I saved,in storage. Driven and ride in plenty of newer cars but they are just modes of comfortable transport and never really do much for me. I also maintain a Merc C180, Mazda 2 and another Val for family members. |
