Actually, likely all models will get the 1.0 3cyl EcoBoost engine. Slight loss of power maybe, but fuel economy is amazing for it.
The cool power gains will be in the ST- same fuel economy as the current Fezzas, but waaaaaay more power!!! Can't say I'm not tempted...

Well I went to have a look at a new Focus ST last night and in the yard they had a metal. Looks awesome in the flesh and so much better being a 3 door the shape is spot on IMO. Missus loved it but she won't change gears.

I Guess The Reason For Getting The Metal Is I Wanted Something Now And Not 6-12 Months Down The Track For An St. I Will Get An St When They Arrive But How Many "p" Platers Can Get An St? Non!!! So I'm Tipping The Metal Will Still Be A Hot Item On The Used Car Market.

For those in the Shepparton area, Darryl Twitt Ford have a Black sitting in the front sales yard.
The Mrs didn't like it, says it is to small compared to her Zetec. Mind you, she was drawn to the yellow ST Focus sitting 20 metres away. Now that's a stunning looking vehicle. |

We picked one of these little machines up last week and we (Mrs. and myself) both love it. It seriously has the works and we can certainly see the value for $26k! Especially considering that leather seats are typically a $2k option.
It has more little extras than my 50th Ann XR6T - heated seats, folding mirrors, auto wipers, electrochromatic mirror, voice control and IMHO the iPod integration works better too as it is far easier to scroll through large volumes of songs in the fez. Such a fun little car to buzz around in!! Will start a thread soon. |

Has anyone purchased a full size spare. I think the Mrs damaged one. I will ring Ford tomorrow to try and track one down. I'm guessing $500+ for a replacement!
I think the Zetec had an optional 17" rim in the same style but in silver.

I was consdiring it however a powder coated Zetec rim is the cheaper way to go.
Any other Victorian members with Metals?

Europarts used to stock the 17inch wheels for fiestas. I assume they still do. Might be worth checking their site.
