The 'Moonraker' hotel sounds nice, can I book the 'Holly Goodhead' suite? hehe

Daniel, maybe you could have a talk to some of the larger ones and see if they give a group discount?

How about the weekend of 24th and 25th of March?

Let sleeping dogs lie, I think.

We should all be behaving ourselves anyway on an official cruise.

I'm just joking mate, some small town cops can be rather nasty though so its always worth knowing how "receptive" they are to such events. There have always been known issues with local cops at some B&S Balls. They are quick to bust out the defect book despite the large amount of income to the local community generated by such events

The only reason I suggested the Caravan park is because the other 'Hotels' started from $150ish a night, I could get 3 nights out of a cabin for that :P And I like being able to park the car next to my window

$150ish per night isn't too bad.

But hey, cabins are tops too.

How about we set a date of the 22nd and 23rd of March?
Otherwise we won't get organised. It is virtually impossible to have a date when everyone can make it.

Can a moderator change this thread to reflect the corresponding topic with "discussion" in brackets, so we can separate the discussion from the listing...

Watch this space for photos of possible venues...
