She likes the car, but it is boring as Batshit, and there is nothing remotely feminine about.
In a moment of wild delusion I thought some in here might have some (practical) ideas.

take her down to super cheap; let her pick a set of seat covers and floor mats. See what else in store will personalise it for her. If she has an Ipod, upgrade the stereo so she can use it; if she wants wheel covers, get a set. If she has a mobile phone, organise a hands free kit. What else is she in to? personalise it according to he interests/hobbies...

Honestly I would say lower it a little, do the exhaust (if she is into that sort of thing) and get the badges goldplated I think it would suit galaxy.
Whilst I love mine, I can see how it could be seen as non masculine.

Also, have you considered personalised plates?

Remove rear view mirrors, oil [loi] stick, temp, oil pressure gauge, handbrake, indicator's..
As these items are hardly ever used, don't have any purpose for being there ..
