Single 2.5" mandrel bent will be the best system for that. Just make sure its mandrel bent, not pressed.
But if you really wanna spend the money, go a twin 2 1/4" system. That will allow for any future mods you may do. I made 300+rwhp through my twin 2 1/4" system and made it very torquey.

Question for you guys...
Will an AU1 185kw ECU run a AU2 200kw engine, in an AU1 with no dramas at all...?

Yes, you will need to get an Xcal3 to tune it though.

According to here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Windsor_engine

In 1996, Ford replaced the 5.0L (302 cu in) pushrod Windsor V8 with the Modular 4.6L in the Mustang.
So last years for the windsor were 1995 (in the Mustang GT).

Keep in mind that the manifold etc was mounted 180 degrees around on the US cars (airbox on their passenger/our driver side), so not all parts will be suitable, but most should.

Most parts are from the Mustangs up to '93, like all your engine internals etc and manifolds/throttle bodies.
But then theres a few things that are from the 94-95 mustangs.
Takes it a bit of research to work out which little things are different, and the few things that arent interchangeable. Nothing a couple of hours on the US forums doesnt fix.

If the TL50's were part of the T series range, (which in my mind didnt The TE/S/Pursuit all run 5.6 from day dot?) Why didnt they get the 5.6 as standard? & what did they have in them other than that? The 220kw donk from the XR8?

The T1 TE50 and TL50 had the 200kw engine
The T1 TS50 had the 220kw engine

All the T2's (TE/S/L)had the 220kw engine
and
All the T3's (TE/S/L) had the 250kw 5.6l stroker engine

The early XR8 pursuits had the 200kw engine and the later XR8 "pursuit 250's" had the 5.6l 250kw engine..

Hope that helps..

Ok guys another V8 question...
Can you put 1.7 ratio roller rockers on the 200kw (which has 1.6 rr) and not have any clearance issues...?
What sort of performance will this gain..?

cheers

Yep you'll get away with 1.7 rockers on that cam no dramas.
If they are the same bolt-on non-adjustable type that Ford used then they'll even fit under ya stock covers. But if you go adjustables, you may have to go aftermarket covers or get some nice thick valve cover gaskets.

Ok question again guys...

What make of roller rockers did the 200kw engine come with from tickford..?
I was always under the impression the the 200'sahd Crane 1.6 rr and the 220's had Yella Terra 1.7 rr...?

I had the rocker covers off today on mine (200kw) and it has Yella Terra roller rockers...
What's going on...?

Cheers
Kris

I've also been scepticle on this.
IMO, just a wild stab, i think both the 200kw and 220kw had 1.7 rockers.
If you look at the specs of the 200kw cam, the cam lift is too small to run a 1.6 rocker. That is IIRC.

Cool.. thanks mate...

so does that mean the only difference between the 200's and 220's are the throttle bodies and (on the 220's) the heads having a bit of a massage...?

Possibly, i cannot be sure...yet.
Other things are obviously the ported heads with larger valves, the port matched lower manifold, the camshaft specs and the engine oil cooler.
I've never known much about the stock exhausts on these, but maybe there was a difference there.
I'd say a difference in the ECU aswell.
