Not a bad choice Max_torq, family friends have a 1949 straight 8, not the best pic I have but they don't style them like this anymore. Bought it over from the states about 7 years ago for under 30 grand NZ from memory. Rides better than most new cars too.

Very nice! Great style, dashboards carved in chrome and the uncanny sound of a straight eight.

Either of these;
XB 351, top loader - yellow
69 Dodge Charger - black
76 F100 351 fourspeed, 4x4 SWB - red
XY GTHO - you can already guess the colour.

1969 Dodge Charger Daytona

This car must surely define Supercar !
Designed for homogolisation (is that really the word) for NASCAR racing by Chrysler.
Aero by NASA.
Tyre companies ran scared, and NASCAR drivers protested (first and only)

And you could get the little tacker 426 engine, or the 440 magnum.

Smart for-two with a Hayabusa engine as a daily. Put every supercar to shame while being able to fit into any parking space, while sipping about 6.5L/100km

http://www.buybatparts.com/joomla/index.php/replicas

I take your Phase Three and raise you a brand new replica 1966-era Batmobile you can buy right now...show car quality, fully street legal, built with whatever you want from a crate 350 to a 460 big block, six months from paying your deposit to picking it up...
Here's the link to the full list of details:
http://www.buybatparts.com/joomla/in...ailed-features

I also believe there is a company in West Australia making replicas of the "Tumbler" from the new Batman movies as well...fully driveable and operational...
