Who comes up with these hair brained scheme's. Guess their marketing department is pretty smart though, building up this hype. It's even being discussed in a FORD FORUM.

They have probably just extended the range of the parking sensors which remain activated whilst driving. Marketing team having their way.

Wrighting is on the wal for Ford here. Take note for 2014 Falcon
1) Self parking 2) Decent media and on board entertainment 3) Upmarket interiors - I will hold judgement on this as it may well be as horrible as the last 10 years of Commodore and Falcon.

Supposedly the new ute (pinched from LS1.com.au) > ^ looks too different to the VE for me to believe it.

VF is what Holden wanted to release two years ago but was delayed by GFC and GM restructuring,
so the feeling internally over at Holden is that VE has done extremely well getting through to now. |

From that puzzle picture it looks garbage, especially that rip off insignia grille. I thought these were Holdens, not Opals. Not to mention the rip off Craptiva side gills, and Epica headlights. Holden should introduce it as the OpalDaewooHolden Commodore.
But then again Holden didn't do much that wasn't stolen from other designs with the VE ,so I guess nothing changes. Can't seem to design anything original, just a whole bunch of design features ripped from other models. Have to see what the SS looks like. |

I was mostly referring to the Hoffmeister kink stolen from BMW, the Territory door handles, the BA headlights, the Audi RS flared gaurds, the Camry doors etc., from the VE.

I guess they better not design a car with round wheels or they'd be copying every other manufacturer's designs... |
