Hi everyone!

Some will know me from elsewhere, some know me for being a "pitch invader" of such at Riksta's Wednesday night HT meets (gotta thank Matt - Stalker - for that invite that started a trend)

Im generally known as Matty T, but i float around on a few other forums as Matty 31 (from my R31 Skyline owning days). I come bearing gifts, in the form of a PJ Ranger 4x4 Crew Cab (ex RAAF fleet car, 81k, safety pack, etc etc)

Its not my only ride, ive got a track only R32 GTR (that spends more time in the workshop with the dreaded RB26 syndrome haha, partly my fault), so needed a good tow car that was a bit quickier than my current one and still just as good on fuel

And to add to it, ive got a 67 Morris Mini Deluxe that i picked up off a work mate cheap, hasnt run in 16 years, so slowly working through everything and getting it running

Previous rides:
R31 Executive - RB20 turbo, 5 speed, locked diff, 17s, SAPOL approval to match
VR S pack ute - absolute POS, its ******** when they say you're "never late in a 3.8".....if it doesnt spin a bearing or throw a rod you might not be haha
GQ Patrol 2.8 turbo diesel - my current ride ive had for 3 and a half years, from stocker to monster truck in that time......but she's being traded in this Friday

G'day, I've just bought a VH Transit to convert to a toy hauler. As usual I went looking for Transit *stuff* and came across this site so had a bit of lurk around and decided to sign up. Find forums very helpful when looking for info.

I also ride road bikes and have 3 ZX9Rs....1 roady and 2 trackies. Previous Fords included 351 XA GS, Mk1 Escort I rescued from a junk yard and used as a runabout and a Mk1 Escort van with a 2 litre motor (engineered) that I also used as a runabout.

As I'm semi-retired I intend to pack a tracky and the road bike and head off on my epic voyage starting in SA and ending at Port Douglas riding every mountain pass (or suitable set of twisties) on the road bike and doing a track day at every race track along the way.

G'day long time registered viewer, first post!

We have a 2000 AU Fairmont with 170,000k's, an ex co vehicle so one owner, now my daughter's car. Now driving a VE Commodore (sorry guys), my wife has a 2002 Nissan X Trail Ti. My other project is a 1972 911, owned since 1990 and is presently being rebuilt into a 3.8RS replica. All good fun.

Now, off to the AU transmission thread to work out why our new radiator installation now has oil going all over the place.

Cheers!

Hi all, joined two days ago. My ride is a 04 BA XR6 ute in blueprint w/ (unknown) headers, and exhaust, K&N panel filter, SSI Bigmouth intake, 18" Shadowchromes, rolled guards, SL Kingsprings on the front and reset stock suspension on the rear, leather interior and a stereo going in Wedensday

Got loads of questions, hoping to get some pics up, especially of the underside of my car so someone can tell me what brand/type my exhaust is.. I'm the 3rd owner and bought it pretty much how it is and the guy before me hasn't touched it so i'm determined to find the extent of the mods on it, hopefully you guys/girls can help me out.

I'm trying to list all the mods I know of in my vehicle profile but it appears that it's character limited? is there a way around this or?

Counting the days till i'm off my Ps so I can get an F6!

G'day all, registered a couple of weeks ago, have a stock 06 BF XR6 in lightning strike, currently looking at exhaust, intake and rims options, but with funds being stupidly tight its going to take a while. In the mean time, Im considering powdercoating the factory rims to change the way she looks.

Welcome, chuck some pictures of your car up in the Show and Shine section of the forums, or in the Show us your BA/F threads and someone will know no doubt.

Nice choice on the Blueprint too, used to have one myself and they sure look good.

G'day walrus53. Would love to see some photos of your 1921 Rolls.

You can post some in the Non ford Rides section on the forum if you like. I am sure everyone would love to see them.

Classic, stylish cars...beautiful.

Cool Re: Welcome to New Members - Post here to say gday!

Hi Guy's n Gals,

My name is Geoff and I live on the South Coast of NSW. I currently own a 05 BF Falcon six which was a decent change from my previous car a RAV 4 (Dont Laugh) I've had a few Ford's over the years XA Fairmont 250, XY Falcon 302, ZH Fairlane 351 these were cars through the late 70's and 80's that I had only wish I had the fore thought to hang on to them noting the prices some of these cars are now. Anyway, I'm happy with my Ford and the economy which has come along way since the XA.

Well, that's my "intro" sorry I took so long to do so.....

Cheers

Thank`s For the Welcome.

I have been active here before, In a past life.

I thought I should Climb back into it and say G`Day to All.

Holding on to two XR6 sedans EL & AU S3 ST, at the moment and looking to sell off one to inject some much needed cash into the other. Currently the MRS steers the wepond that is built and preped for a turbo set of some sort.

Well c u all around the site, I have a love for most things FORD so I will take a look at it all.
