It's taken me a few weeks, but decided to give in and pay for Youtube premium. Wish I did it sooner, NO MORE ADDS!

I’m considering it at the moment, put on a 10min video before hopping in the shower, 30sec in, it’s playing an 8min theatrical ad, or worse some self help/motivational crap, get out, dry hand, press skip 😫

Way off topic but Sammy "The Bull" Gravano tapes are addictive, watch from the start of them. He tells a good story.

…that the Bureau of Meteorology can employ someone specially to manage their media presence in each capital city, yet they have decided it’s no longer worthwhile/affordable holding common spares on-site to fix their radar units?

why is it we pay private health only to be referred to a private health doctor who doesnt claim 100% from you health insurance
or even if they do claim 100% there are always additional charges not covered and if we dont have it we are charged extra on our taxes but that doesnt get us thru public health any better

Why is it some women have no qualms about inserting a digit in your anus when you are just about to climax but are disgusted when they catch you picking your nose?

Why is it the only 4 bolts on my boat trailer (2 per side) that are not galvinised or stainless are the ones for the brake calipers? Sockets, ring spanners, shifters, all instantly out of the question. The heads on the bolts crumbled with the minor human touch. Vice grips, a hammer, many hours of creating new swear words got 1 caliper off. Im not going to attack the other side untill my new wheels arrive. There's no point. Plus, i need to buy new bolts that arent corroded to ****.

Why is it whenever I wash my car that it begins to rain in the following 48 hours?

Why is it, people always press the button " Is this still available" on FB Marketplace?
Then you never hear from them again, even though ad clearly says if the ad is still up it's still available.

Well this one is a little interesting...
Why is it that on my 2 phones the price of the Maccas reward Hash brown is different? Main phone $1.50: Work phone $1: What causes the same promotion to change price I wonder??

So i still keep in contact with my manager from my old job, we're good mates. But why is it i often get phone calls asking questions about sites that no one who works on those sites can answer? My first response is always have you asked the boys? The response is always yes, but they always dont answer questions, they ask questions. I have no aspirations of going back to that company, so i dont mind helping out. I get told the only reason i get asked is because i give straight up answers. Then i hear the complaints of the boys being sheep hiding under the umbrella of management. My mate my old manager, he sits at his desk, and has so for long enough to not know the ins and outs of all the buildings that the company has picked up since he has been off the tools. My manager used to like me as i dont like getting told how to do my job, so i wasnt bombarding him constantly with trivial phone calls like others do because theyre affraid to make decisions. I did butt heads with some project managers, but they all got sacked. For various reasons. But i run my own sites. And that got me off side with a few of the PM's because that proved their position redundant. Hence them getting let go. Not all, but a couple of the PMs liked to over inflate their positions by attempting to make leading hands look incompetent and unable to think. Trying to justify their positions.

Why is it aliens are always depicted in their birthday suits.
Even if our astronauts visited another planet that supported life for humans without a spacesuit.... Would we take one giant step for man, stepping off our spaceship in the nude? I don't think so. Denim and t-shirt at least. |

I guess I already know the answer to this, but why do dealers say more about the business than the car itself?
Two or three very generic vehicle descriptions copied and pasted from the last ad then line after line of Bla bla bla, family business, bla bla bla we are the best, bla bla bla competitive finance........... I find this even more annoying on rare or special cars like this GT-P - https://www.carsales.com.au/cars/det...gType=showcase "YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER EXAMPLE OF A GTP IN AUSTRALIA IN THE HIGHLY SORT AFTER PURPLE! I will simply keep browsing if you think I'm more interested in your business rather than the car.

WTF, is that really worth that ? I can spend a relatively small fee (5k) and get better performance (correct me if I am wrong) I have a 2013 G6ET with 50k on the clock, is it worth 30k + pre mods ? Last edited by Mr_G6ET; 15-03-2021 at 10:29 PM. Reason: 6 |

Why is it when I call Telstra technical support on a landline which is on a Telstra NBN plan, I receive the recorded message "the number you are trying to call cannot be reached on this service"?!?!?!? Enough to make one lose their faeces!

In a similar vein, our national broadcaster cannot seem to produce news articles with pictures that reliably load when using Safari to browse. For all the time they put into stirring up controversy, you’d think it might be worth their effort to make the presentation actually work.

Why is it trans women want to compete against biological women in team sports yet trans men aren't seeking to compete against biological men?

Why is it, almost none of the good wreckers are in Sydney? Greater Melbourne is spoiled for choice.
They (Aus ABC) eventually acknowledged a fault their end, all fixed now. So I can read their frequently-skewed pontifications while viewing their dodgy graphs and cheesy stock images. |

Why is it that people don't see a problem with mowing the lawns in bare feet?
Or that parents don't see a problem with allowing their young children (say, under 10) riding their bikes in bare feet or opened-toed shoes? Am I the only one that cringes seeing this, with a mental image of someone rocking up to the nearest ED with a tootsie or two missing?
